TRAINING WITHIN INDUSTRY (TWI) - Beginning in April Training within industry is a dynamic program of hands-on learning

and practice, teaching essential skills for supervisors, team leaders and anyone who directs the work of others from all industries and vocations. Setup by the Roosevelt administration after the fall of France in 1940, TWI was charged to rapidly boost industrial production, productivity and quality to sustain the war effort and was adopted by Toyota forming a cornerstone of eliminating waste, standardizing work, and creating a culture of improvement. TWI teaches the skill of job instruction, methods improvement, leadership and safety. David has true passion for Engineering especially in the areas of Operations Management, Product Design, Process Design, Continuous Improvement, Scientific Management Systems, Project Management, Strategic Management and Marketing. His current work environment gives him the opportunity to provide his energy and expertise to small, medium sized and world class manufacturers in the US and Mexico.
