창문이 사람들의 이동 반경에 있어 외부에 노출된다.창문을 열어놓고 생활하는경우 불안감은 더해진다.

T.1주택 1 950~1 970s

도시가 개발 됨에 따라 도시개발 초기에 지어진 주택으로 담장과 마당이 있으며,건물의 규모는 1 ~2 층 정도이다.

T.3주택

T.2주택 1 970~1 980s

1 990~현재

도시 개발로 인해 유입되는 인구를 수용할 주거가 부족해 가구수를 대폭 늘린 형태로 건물의 규모는 2 ~4 층 정도이다.

현재에 지어지는 주거 형태로 건물에서의 코어개념의 확립되어 있고,이전 주거보다 훨씬 넓은공간과 많은 가구를 수용한다. 건물의 규모는 4 ~7 층정도이다.

현장 방문하여 주거 공간을 분석하고, 창문 교착의 정도를 분석하였다. 각 주택간의 창문 교착은 2~3층에서 제일 심각하다. 인동간격의 문제 뿐만 아니라 2D창문이 서로 교착되어 창문의 본래 기능이 상실되었다.

3D창문이 적용된 1 인가구 주거유닛은 저층부에 배치되어도 창문의 교착이 없다.따라서 가로활성화가 증대된다.주민 커뮤니티를 위한 시설들이 배치된다

2층 평면도

2~3층이 창문 교착이 제일 심각하다.따라서 새로운 창문 유형( 3D창문) 이 적용된 1 인가구,다인가구 주거 유닛이 세대수에 따라 배치된다

비교적으로 창문 교착이 줄어드는 3층부터는 일반 주거 유닛을 적용한다 6층 평면도

1 9 8 6 년 독일 함부루크 남쪽의 작은 마을 하르부르크에 요한 게르츠와 에스터 샬레브 게르츠 부부는 홀로코스트 기념비를 계획했다.

1 2 미터의 탑은 매년 2 미터씩 가라앉도록 설계되어 결국에는 모두 사라지도록 계획되었다. 이 기념비는 자발적 주체를 끌어들임으로써, 새로운 기념방식을 제시했다. 따라서 본 팀은 과거를 기 '념' 하는 것에 대한 새로운 환기와 정의가 필요하다고 생각했다. 기념공간은 보편적으로 단일하고, 정적인 공간이다. 사람들이 자유롭게 거리를 거닐면서 기존의 독립 기념 클러스터를 즐길 수 있으려면

기념공간의 특성을 가지되 복합적이고, 유동적인 공간이어야 한다고 생각했다.따라서 텐세그리티 구조를 이용하여 시민들의 자발적 참여를 이끌어냄과 동시에 다양한 행위를 수용할 수 있는 공간을 계획했다. 오늘날 현대인에게 그 아픈 순간만을 상기시키고 동시에 과거를 아파하기를 바라는 것은 기념공간의 순기능이 아니다. 많은 동시대 사람들이 당시의 아픈 역사를 공유하고, 능동적인 기념의 행위를 이끌어 낼 수 있어야 한다.

기존 유입 동선

기존의 서대문 형무소와 새로 지어질 임시정부 기념관 사이에 놓여질 기념공간은 사람들이 자유롭게 거닐고 즐길 수 있는 공간이 되어야 한다.복합적이고 유동적인 기념 공간 안에서 다양한 행위들을 즐길 수 있도록 자유로운 공간을 계획했고,그 위에서 텐세그리티 구조체들이 중력에 구속되지 않은 채 자유롭게 굴러다니면서 주어진 공원이 잠재성의 공간들로 채워 지도록 계획했다.

텐세그리티는 구조가 결정되고 나서 형태를 따로 구축하는 것이 아니라, 구조가 완결되는 동시에 형태가 결정난다.따라서 기념비적으로써 가치를 가지는 순수완결적인 형태를 가진다.역삼각형 형태로 텐세그리티가 위치하였을 때, 기념비적 역할이 극대화 된다. 하지만 앞서 말했듯이 텐세그리티는 지면에 고정되지 않고 뒤집히면서 지속적으로 다른 공간을 생성한다.기념비적 텐세그리티 또한 뒤집히면서 지속적으로 다른 공간을 생성하여,예상치 못할 다양한 프로그램들을 수용한다.이는 획일적인 기념공간을 탈피하여 인간 행위의 다양성,복합성을 포괄할 새로운 기념공간을 창조한다.

기념비적 텐세그리티와 달리 기능적 텐세그리티를 구성하는 세 개의 입면중 하나는 의자로 변형 가능하도록 계획하였다.따라서 공간 사용자들은 텐세그리티를 그들의 의지에 따라 변형 시킬 수 있다. 텐세그리티는 사용자의 요구에 의해 뒤집히면서 다른 공간으로 변형되는 동시에,보여지는 입면 또한 지속적으로 다르게 변화한다.기념비적,공간활용적,실용적인 측면들이 단일한 구조체인 텐세그리티를 통해 구현된다.

건축물을 독립적인 개체( 오브제) 로 보지 않고 그것이 놓이는 주변하고의 관계를 중요시하는 것이 현대건축의 중요한 특징이다.건축물을 지나치게 기능적으로, 형태적으로 간주하려는 근대운동의 한계를 극복하려는 과정에서,내부와 외부의 단절,자연과 건축물의 단절을 극복하고 물질중심이 아닌 인간존중의 유기적 환경을 창출해야 한다는 것이다. 들뢰즈의 주름은 현대건축에서 중요한 이론이다.주름은 끊임 없이 변화하고, 무한히 연속된 특이점들로 이루어진 세상의 이치를 비유한 것이다.이것은 한번더 건축에서 형태화 된다.자연적인 굴곡이나 힘의 흐름에 따라 연속된 표면을 형성하면서,필요에 따라 그 표면을 접고,구멍을 내고,층을 지게하여 건물을 만들어 낸다.이때 건축의 공간은 이런 표면에서 펼쳐지고 접히는 다양한 주름들에 의해 자동적으로 생성된다.따라서 나는 주상복합이라는 대단히 경제성,편리성의 원리로 구성되는 것을 주름에 의해 잠재성이 극대화될 수 있는 건축공간을 계획했다.
