Catalyst HTI’s Community Lobby, located off Brighton Boulevard, will a be meeting place for tenants, visitors, to gather and collaborate in a highly synergistic environment. The Community Lobby, with an expansive, monumental stairwell will set the tone for the rest of the Building. After walking the vestibule, tenants and visitors will encounter a welcoming lobby with ample tables and chairs for tenants to greet and meet with visitors in an open and collaborative environment. The lobby will also include a fulltime receptionist to ensure a variety of tenant needs are accommodated throughout Catalyst HTI.

Open to all Tenants, the Community Kitchen will be conveniently located on the fourth (4th) floor overlooking the Downtown Skyline and Rocky Mountains.

Included and complimentary to all Tenants will be a coffee refreshment bar, TV Monitors, Shuffle Board and other inviting social activities. Beer will also be provided at a minimum cost. The Community Kitchen will be designed with the objective of creating Tenant Space efficiencies.

THE BOARDROOM Located on the seventh (7th) floor of Catalyst HTI, The Boardroom will serve as the ideal setting for celebratory events and VIP sessions for all Catalyst HTI Tenants to utilize. The Boardroom will offer astounding views of Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains, ensuring that all tenants enjoy the best views Catalyst HTI has to offer.

BIKE STORAGE / WELL BUILDING Catalyst HTI will be designed to meet the WELL Building Standard and as such the building will be designed as a workplace to help keep Tenants fit throughout simple opportunities for physical movement throughout the day.

One key element will be to encourage Tenants to bike-to-work and ample bike storage will be provided at no cost within Catalyst HTI’s parking deck.

Bike Storage area will include a maintenance bench.

FITNESS FACILITY Located off the Grand Lobby, catalyst HTI’s Fitness Facility will include room for group classes as well as showers and changing rooms.

Immediately adjacent to The Boardroom, Catalyst’ Living Room is intended for a relaxing reprieve for Tenants to enjoy some of the best views available in the River North District of Denver. Offering an outdoor patio with seating, the Living Room will be located at the landing of the monumental stairwell, allowing for spontaneous gatherings by all. Provided at no cost to Tenants, the Living Room can be exclusively reserved with Board Room for special events.

Located on the fourth (4th) floor, the Shared Conference Rooms will complement the Board Room by providing a larger capacity of occupants with a particular emphasis on Desks and Smaller Office Tenants located within the 4th floor’s community environment. The intent of the Shared Conference Room is to allow all tenants to utilize on a reasonable basis.

EVENT CENTER

RETAILERS

With capacity of up to 300 persons, Catalyst HTI’s Event Center will be located off 35th Avenue directly across the street from the Great Divide Brewery.

When not reserved, the Event Center will be open for all Tenants to use as a natural gathering place. The Event Center will be specifically designed for presentations, training and informal company announcements. Additionally, Catalyst HTI will program the Event Center with educational and community building events such as lectures and seasonal parties to foster greater community interaction.

Catalyst HTI’s first (1st) level along Brighton Boulevard, 35th Avenue and Delgany will be dedicated to a wide and complimentary array of retailers.

Catalyst HTI’s retail plan will be focused on securing commitments from restaurants, financial services, primary care, artist studios and a café. Café Catalyst is planned to be located immediately off the Grand Lobby providing an offering of coffee, tea, an expresso bar and healthy food items.

Yet it was only while serving as a Board Member of Prime Health and a Senior Advisor to 10.10.10 that Mike fully comprehended the transformative potential of a growing grassroots movement in Colorado (ranked #6 Digital Health Cluster in nation; 2014, Rock Health) that was intent on changing the US healthcare system for the better. Witnessing firsthand in Prime Health the tremendous power that a determined group of physicians, entrepreneurs, and technologists could wield, Mike realized just how much more could be achieved if that power were harnessed, and the vision for Catalyst HTI was born. GOVERNMENT ALLIANCES City of Denver RiNo is identified as Denver’s Corridor of Opportunity and specifically Brighton Boulevard, by the City, as one of the most compelling commercial investment opportunities in the world. Mayor Hancock’s focus on RiNo and Brighton Boulevard is supported by over $30 million in streetscape improvements that will be made in 2016 – 17. Additionally, the City is currently implementing enhancement plans that will include a $186 million redevelopment of the National Western’s entertainment venue, further improvements to Interstate 70, and RiNo pedestrian and community enhancements including three pedestrian bridges and public parks.

State of Colorado Colorado’s Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT) is committed to supporting the job-growth engine that Catalyst’ digital health initiative will create. In 2015 alone, OEDIT approved $15 million in tax credits to support start-up digital health platforms that are enhancing current long-held healthcare systems. Further, Colorado’s Health Institute, in partnership with OEDIT, have identified the health and wellness industry as one of the State’s key segments for growth and are actively implementing an economic growth strategy.

October 21, 2015 Greetings: We are writing this letter in support of the Catalyst HTI project. This vision to develop a modern collaborative ecosystem will bring together private health, government, academic, and non-profit organizations with healthcare providers and insurance companies to help accelerate innovation and drive progress in our state and beyond.

Catalyst HTI is unique for reasons of education, innovation, and location. By leveraging relationships with Prime Health Collaborative and the University of Colorado Anschutz’s Medical Center, this project will help serve as a “home base” for our state’s burgeoning digital health community and will facilitate knowledge development and industry discussion.

Catalyst HTI will also function as an incubator for “serendipitous collisions” by helping to connect start-ups with end-users and established companies with those in need of investment.
