Executive Trustee Program The Executive Trustee Council is a preferred membership program comprised of executive-level business leaders who share a united vision with the Chamber to further commerce in our community. Trustee Council members have the opportunity to network with decisionmakers and provide recommendations for Chamber activities. As a Trustee, you are invited to exclusive programs with speakers on key community issues not available to the general membership. Trustee membership is limited to one individual per company and includes the below benefits. CHAMBER COMMITTEES & COUNCILS Ambassador Committee Assists new and existing members in taking full advantage of Chamber benefits and informs them of additional ways to promote their business. Education & Life Science Committee Enhances communication among educational institutions and businesses to promote the importance of life science growth and provide increased opportunities for partnerships. Government Affairs Committee Represents interests of business in government, informs chamber members of legislative issues affecting their community, supports our elected officials and encourages the business community to take an active role in the legislative process. Small Business Membership Council Promotes needs and interests of the small business members of the Chamber of Commerce by facilitating seminars, organizing power networking events and coordinating quarterly CEO Connections. The Council also assists in selecting the Small Business of the Year. Women in Business Council Encourages networking and education for professional women and female entrepreneurs. Coordinates annual and quarterly events and selects the Woman of the Year. Riviera Beach Business Council Acts as an advocate to promote development for the Riviera Beach members of the Chamber by connecting them with resources and business opportunities. Health Care Special Interest Group Educates and informs members of businesses, opportunities and health issues in the area. Young Professionals Develops Northern Palm Beach County’s next generation of business leaders by providing a platform for professional growth and community outreach. YP membership is free for Chamber members.


MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES Membership Directory $550 to $3,000, Annual In addition to listing Chamber members alphabetically and by business category, the Membership Directory provides up-to-date information about arts and entertainment, real estate, government, the local economy and education. The Directory is often your first contact with a potential new customer. We distribute 10,000 copies each year to businesses, residents, and people relocating to Northern Palm Beach County. Relocation Packet $1,000, Annual Looking to reach the thousands of people who are relocating to Northern Palm Beach County every year? The Chamber offers a complimentary relocation kit to these individuals. Through this marketing opportunity, you can advertise your business exclusively by providing brochures to be included in the packet. Space is limited to 10 businesses and each business is category exclusive. Membership List $175, Available Anytime Purchase a complete mailing list of all Chamber Member contacts for your own mailing. List comes in spreadsheet format and is available for use up to three times. Approximately 3,000 individuals are on the complete list. No fax numbers or emails. E-Newsletter Sponsorship $500 to $2,000, Monthly This monthly sponsorship offers you the chance to promote your company to the more than 2,000 business leaders who receive our e-newsletter each week. The ad can be changed weekly and results can be measured quickly through our tracking system. Area Map $100 to $5,000, Every Other Year The Northern Palm Beach County area map is produced every other year and serves as the street map to our local area. It is distributed through the Chamber office to local residents and visitors. 30,000 printed. Web site banner ads Our Web site receives more than 150,000 visitors per month. From business owners and consumers, to individuals who are looking to relocate or vacation in our area, the Chamber’s website is the go-to resource offering something for everyone. Your banner ads will target a range of demographics at a fraction of the cost of traditional advertising.

This banner ad package has everything you need to start promoting your company with more than 100 business categories to choose from. Your banner ad will also rotate through the alphabetical listing. Purchase two or more categories and save $25 per month (one year commitment required). Premier Content Pages $150 monthly - includes enhanced listing ($150 value!) For increased visibility, purchase a banner ad on one of our premier content pages including Chamber Info, Visitor Info and Community Info. This package includes a free enhanced membership listing (one year commitment required). Can’t Miss! Package $200 monthly - includes homepage, enhanced listing, job listings & hot deals ($450 value!) Maximize your exposure with the Can’t Miss! advertising package. This option guarantees that each Web site visitor sees your banner ad with a prominent placement on the homepage, job listings, hot deals and a rotating banner ad on the Membership Directory page.
