Hábitos en la mesa.

Queremos brindarles algunas normas que debemos trabajar en los niños para lograr formar buenos hábitos a la hora de comer. Lavarse bien las manos antes de sentarse a la mesa. Sentarse bien en la silla. Usar correctamente los cubiertos y no jugar con ellos. Masticar con la boca cerrada. No hablar con la boca llena. Comer despacio y masticar bien

cada bocado. Pedir “por favor” las cosas. No sorber la sopa. No jugar con la comida. Comérselo todo y no separar la comida. Usar la servilleta para limpiarnos si nos ensuciamos. No tirar comida al suelo. Mientras comemos, la televisión debe estar apagada y los juguetes

en la habitación. Los adultos debemos dar el ejemplo no haciendo varias actividades a la vez.
