Feelings can be often be misleading, they can be illusions for they can be impulsive reactions spewing from the flesh Appearances also can be deceiving and a way of misleading I, will never abandon you nor mislead your being.

No matter how you feel or how it may appear to be…

My child...

Now We’re Cooking!

Incredible Speghetti: Ingredients : 1 lb of ground beef,1 jar of spaghetti sauce, oz of cream cheese, ¼ cup sour cream,½ lb cottage cheese (equals 1 cup),½ cup butter (1 stick),1 pkg spaghetti 16 oz,Grated cheddar cheese Directions : Preheat your oven to 350°. Boil your spaghetti noodles until al dente (firm). Drain and set aside until ready to assemble.Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese until well blended.

Brown your hamburger and when done, drain well.

Combine the hamburger with your spaghetti sauce.

Put a few slices of butter into a 9x13 pan then pour half of your spaghetti noodles on top.

Take your cream cheese mixture and pour on top of the noodles. Spread well over noodles.

Pour the rest of the noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture. Put a few more slices of butter on top ofthe noodles.Pour your spaghetti and meat sauce on top of your noodles.Now it is ready to put into the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, pour the desired amount of grated cheese on top and return to the oven for 15 minutes to allow cheese to melt.

Layeryed Taco Salad 1 lb. extra lean ground beef,1 small can green chilies, undrained 1 head iceberg lettuce, outer leaves removed (all other lettuces will wilt) 1 packet taco seasoning mix (or a mixture of cumin, chili powder and garlic powder)1 cup ranch sour cream mayonnaise, divided (recipe below) 1 (15 oz.) can of your favorite beans, rinsed and drained very well1/2 can (about 7 oz.) sweet corn, drained very well,1/2 cup chopped purple or green onion + more for top,8 oz. of your favorite tomato salsa,8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese,1 (3.8 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained very well,1/2 lb. bacon, fried until crispy, cooled completely, and crumbled,2 jalapeno peppers, sliced,1 Roma tomato, seeds removed, chopped,ripe avocado chunks, (opional),tortilla chips for topping Cook the ground beef, canned chilies and taco seasoning in a skillet until beef is brown all the way through and the liquid from the chilies has evaporated. Place in refrigerator and allow to chill until completely cold. Then, place in an even layer on the bottom of a 9×13 glass cake pan. Top with a double layer of crisp, iceberg lettuce leaves (half the head), 1/2 cup of the ranch sour cream mayonnaise smoothed into an even layer, beans, corn, onion, another double layer of lettuce (press down gently after placing the lettuce,) the other 1/2 cup of ranch sour cream mayo, salsa, cheese, olives, bacon, jalapenos, tomato and a little more purple onion. Place cover or foil on cake pan and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours before slicing into pieces, crunching tortilla chips over the top, and serving. Feel free to top this with avocado chunks, extra tomato chunks, and your favorite hot sauce too! for the ranch sour cream mayonnaise:3/4 cup real mayonnaise,1/4 cup full fat sour cream,6 Tablespoons dry buttermilk ranch dressing mix (homemade or Hidden Valley),Mix well. Chill until ready to use.

The reflections of truth that I see within the exhaled breath, within the midst of the mist that expels from the depths of others as well as me What I see...

"Reflecting on some moments that are escapading from a once was, yesterday, examining the contents ...

It is beautiful how the anointing of the Lord, impacts as it echoes on, forevermore.

Many of the words and quotes that I have written via, the inspiration from the realm whispered by The Holy Spirit, I have translated, transferred, and placed them in cards, books, on many items, etc, and are seen publically, freely, frequently.

I watched many read many of these words again, this past weekend, and how all have and do impacted their beings, differently as well as immediately. From some subtle, to some stunned.

The degrees of enlightening stimulation, the impact of penetration, the various depths of intensity.

I now, take a deep breath with a sigh of relief to know that no matter what the situation was and or is during each and every moment, God has a reason for me being there, representing Him! As I exhale, I thank God for His precious, various, impactful words, gifts, that through many, including me, He continually breathes.

I am so very grateful to be chosen by God every minute, of every breath, of every single day!

How humbled, honored, and blessed we each are, and how and when I decided to truly obey God, how much, my life has entirely changed....

As I inhale deep, I furthermore see the intensity with clarity, reflecting, truth of and from God before me. ...

I exhale again, I now can freely breathe. Within that breath, I can't say it enough as I echo on repetitively, these same words over and over again, continually....

Thank You Lord.... Forevermore....

Oneness with God is full of the quietest, gentlest, most peaceful moments that you could ever imagine or dream, even in the mist and midst of a storm, or chaos taking place all around us, I am at and within a protective shelter In here, the Lord, He keeps me sustained, fulfilled, at full rest with unencumbered peace, with the stimulation of endurance, His personal reassurance.

The Lord, He leaves me breathless even while I am breathing This is the best place that you can ever choose to come to, remain, to stay, to be, Under, In, Beneath... The Shadow of His Wings forevermore & always ...

“At The Cusp of the Mour�ing/Mor�ing”

I was walking this mor�ing, as the sun was gently rising….Below my feet, I st�mbled upon an injured birdie It did not t�� to move away �om me, it did not �om any�hing a�empt to onward flee It was injured inter�ally….I heard it say…. “I can’t go on any�ore… My source of sur�ival, my hope, my all is gone...

It is now my time to t�anscend on….”

I bent over, looked at it closely… And began to pray to God to heal this li�le one, this ver� day As I cried, as I shared its loss, its pain Then, I went on my way The nex� time around the block I went, the li�le bird had been moved to a new area. It, now was behind a small fence, bet�een t�o pickets it lay. It, just looked at me, with a sense of peace and g�atit�de and a urging to let it alone now and leave it be It was quite comfor�able, even it’s state of pain and miser� And I car�ied on my way The nex� mor�ing, I again went walking as the sun was rising and there the li�le bird was in the same place At and toward its last breath it now was and is St��ggling So, I picked up the bird, I began to pray... As the tears were flowing �om my face Then Jesus, who was standing right beside me, put His hand on my shoulder, just as I had the bird in the cusp, cup of my hand.

The bird, then, took its last, Ear�hly breath No more st��ggle, no more pain… The bird just in my hand, motionless, almost bar�en, lay.

Jesus, then, placed one of His hands over the top of mine, that was holding the bird, as He then, for�ed a complete circled clo­ sure to the bird’s out�ard ex�osure.

He, then, with His other hand, led my wrist to t�r� over and let the bird, then, be in the cup of His hand as He led to me release my hand, completely I, then, stepped back and cried As Jesus stood there holding the bird while staring at me He, then, bent His head down to the bird He, kissed him and then He st�etched out His hand The bird awakened, f�lly enlightened/IN­LIGHT­INed, suddenly, immediately, and flew off, into the most beautif�lly painted sky I have ever seen, that reflected right above me Breathtaking it was and is… A pict�re perfect eter�al memor�…

I, was cr�ing with the shared sadness and pain, and now also joy, joining in, with unit� And then, Jesus, He, came over to me He, gently cupped His hands and held the side of my face He, then, with His thumbs and fingers collected all of my tears Excer�t �om the book: Then He, looked deeply in, to, and through me Echoing Reflections As He, kissed me on the forehead...And then, He, smiled at me by: Deliverance Hope©2015 …At the cusp of the mour�ing/mor�ing…
