Improve access between floors with the thyssenkrupp Comfort stairlift. This award winning stairlift, for straight staircases, uses its single rail design that allows the Comfort to be installed within only a few hours.

It is important that your stairlift blends and matches your home’s décor – The Comfort stairlift comes with a choice of upholstery colours to ensure the perfect finish.

Compact and discreet The Comfort uses an aluminium rail that is simple, sturdy and reliable. The lift is fitted to the staircase and not the wall and can fitted to wooden or concrete surfaces on either side of the staircase.

Using remote controls it can park at either the top or bottom landing and when not in use it can be folded away to only 380mm making it ideal for other stairway uses.

The Comfort stairlift can be fitted to staircases as narrow as 740mm.

Tailored to you The Comfort has an ergonomically designed seat that can be adjusted in height to ensure you are in the most comfortable and safest seating position. It can be fitted with a powered swivel seat and adjustable set height to make getting on and off the Comfort stairlift even easier.

The Comfort stairlift offers a range of vinyl and fabric seat covers to best match the interior and style of your home.

Other options include additional charge points; a hinged track for when space at the bottom of the stairs is limited; and a heavy duty option which increases the weight restriction from 125 kg to 146kg.

Safety The Comfort stairlift is certified to machine directive 2006/42/EG and BS EN 81-40.

The Comfort uses an aluminium rail that is simple, sturdy and reliable.

As an option you can choose to have wraparound arm rests which keep you enclosed while travelling. As standard the Comfort stairlift comes up a retractable seat belt for additional safety.

If the Comfort stairlift encounters an obstruction on the staircase it will come to an immediate stop. It is battery operated so that even in the event of a power cut it can still be used.
