ABSTRACT India is dependent on agriculture for its economic development. Corn plays an important role in the agricultural production. In India, Corn is produced by poor farmers. The price of maize is very cheap as compared to the price of kernel. Lack of Corn utilizing products is a major problem in food industry, especially in India, which is the major producer of corn. Therefore, it is very important to undertake some work for development of various agricultural products related to corn, like Corn seeder, Corn peeler etc. In this work, the detailed information about critical components of Corn peeling machine is presented. In this work, it is necessary to design various parts of Corn chaff peeling machine. In India, Corn consumption is 787 million bushels which is very high. So, machine or technology is required to combat heavy time consumption and labor problems. In this work, design and analysis of the motorized corn peeling
