DR. MIKHAILIA "MIKKI" LAKE, MD, FACC

Founder | Managing Partner

Dr. Mikhailia (Mikki) Lake is the founder and a managing partner of TitanCor Capital LLC. She started investing in real estate in 2016, with her first single family rental, that first “door” taught her many invaluable lessons and led to further success in real estate.

Over time, she explored other facets of real estate, including flipping homes in the Atlanta area and investing as a limited partner in commercial real estate – retail and multifamily before ultimately crossing over to the general partner side of multifamily real estate.

Mikki is also a Cardiologist, who attended medical school at Emory University School of Medicine, residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and fellowship training at the University of Miami. She has excelled in leadership roles including a previous role as the Medical Director for Non-invasive Cardiology for a multi-system hospital, and Director of a Women’s Heart Program. Her rigorous medical training and track record reveals her grit, commitment to hard-work, and pursuit of mastery. She enjoys traveling, cooking and values spending time with her family.

Managing Partner

Dr. Siyavash (Sia) Fooladian is a managing partner at TitanCor Capital LLC. He maintains a successful personal portfolio of residential real estate and is deeply passionate about investing in commercial, multi-family real estate. Sia has served as a lead advisor and integral member in healthcare-focused startups. He is on the board of directors of the MedFit Education Foundation and Bioessence LLC, and served as a peak performance coach to clients. He graduated from George Washington University with his medical degree and masters in public health. He completed his residency and fellowship in advanced cardiac anesthesia at UCLA.
