Die neue Produktionshalle für unser Naturstein Lieferprogramm hat inkl. Versandbereich und Nebengebäude eine Fläche von 20.500 m². Vom Wareneingang der Rohtafeln bis hin zur Endkontrolle der fertigen Kommission werden die Fertigungsabläufe dank einer modernen Logistik perfekt gesteuert.

Besonders wichtig waren uns bei der Planung der Fertigung auch die Themen Energieeinsparung und Schonung der Ressourcen.

Für die Beheizung der Halle speichern wir deshalb die überschüssige Wärme aus unserem kompletten Produktionsablauf. Das System sorgt für eine maximale Wärmerückgewinnung. In Verbindung mit einem Ressourcen sparenden Heizsystem konnte deshalb auf eine weitere Heizkesselanlage verzichtet werden. Für die Hallenbeleuchtung setzen wir auf Energie sparende LED Technik und wo technisch möglich kommen bei Maschinen und Pumpen besonders effiziente IE3 Motoren zum Einsatz. Durch einen eigenen 80 Meter tiefen Brunnen sowie eine spezielle Aufbereitungsanlage für Schmutzwasser können wir weitgehend auf kostbares Trinkwasser verzichten.

The new production hall for our product range natural stone has a total surface of 20,500m² including dispatch area and adjoining building. From the reception of the raw panels until the final control of the finished order, the production processes are perfectly operated thanks to a modern logistic. During the planning of the production, topics like energy conservation and the saving of resources were very important for us. Thus, we conserve the waste heat of our complete production process and use it for the heating of the hall. The system ensures a maximum of heat recovery. The combination of this system with a resource-saving heating system allows us to do without an additional boiler. We chose LED technique in order to light the hall and where it is technically possible, we use particularly efficient IE 3 engines for pumps and machines. Our own well which is 80 metres deep and a specific reprocessing plant for the used water allow us to largely renounce the use of valuable drinking water.

Les processus de fabrication de la réception des panneaux bruts au dernier contrôle de la commande finie sont parfaitement pilotés grâce à une logistique moderne. Pendant la planification de la production, les sujets comme la conservation d’énérgie et la protection des ressources naturelles étaient très ímportants pour nous. Ainsi, nous conservons la chaleur excédentaire de notre entier processus de production afin de l’utiliser pour chauffer le hall. Ce système assure une récupération maximale de chaleur. La combinaison de ce système avec un système de chauffage économisant sur les ressources nous permet de renoncer à l’installation d’une chaudière supplémentaire. Nous avons choisi la technologie LED épargnant de l’énérgie afin d’illuminer le hall et nous utilisons des moteurs IE3 qui sont particulièrement éfficaces dans des machines et pompes, où il est possible.

Sobald die Fertigstellung der Kommission feststeht, vereinbaren wir mit Ihnen den Liefer- und Montagetermin. The specialists of our measurements service team therefore work with mobile digital measuring devices which are designed especially for the professional measuring at place.

The plan and all data of the worktop or backwall are then sent directly to our factory. As soon as the ex-works date of the order is defined, we arrange the date of delivery and fitting of the worktop with you. Our service team guarantees you a professional mounting of the worktop, including the necessary electricity and water connection if requested.
