May Meeting The May Meeting will be at the Newark Valley Railroad Depot Museum. The date and time are May 20, 2013 at 7:00 PM.Yes, we are starting our summer sea-
son and it is time to get our cars out of their winter slumber. See you at the Depot with your favorite car! By the time of this meeting we will have just returned
from our first summer tour. There will be a report about what we saw and what you who did not attend missed.
Bad News, Good News The bad news is that we have determined that the club trailer has reached the end of it’s lifetime. The repairs that it needs would only put off the need for more by next year. (see pictures page two)
new trailer will need to have a box added as it is an open 4x8, but there is room in the design for the box to increase to 5’6” wide and almost 9’ long. This new trailer has full sized tires that will make the towing easier and The Good news is also there is potenthat we have retial for a more proceived the donation fessional appearance of a better trailer to the whole. We anthat will hold up for several years use. The ticipate the cost of
the upgrade will be in the $500.00 range. The old trailer will be scrapped and we would like to collect your old scrap metal to help finance the building of the new one. If you have some old metal lying around that you will donate to the cause call Bob, Rich, Joe, or Brett to arrange for pick-up.
