We have a long experience of working with groups from NADFAS, The Art Fund, the friends of museums and galleries and many other art and cultural groups. With that experience comes an insight into the destinations, itineraries and accommodation that have worked well for other groups in the past. Let us combine our experience and your understanding of the interests and profile of your members, so that working together you get a tour that is exactly right for your group. We’ve included in this brochure a range of suggested art and cultural tours to provide inspiration and whet your appetite. See something you like? Give us a call and in close consultation with you we can use our experience to tailor the tour to your group’s exact requirements. Have another idea that you don’t see here? We’d love to hear from you so that we can use our expertise to turn your idea into reality. We love a challenge so no idea is too outlandish, no destination too far, no detail too much trouble. We look forward to discussing your next group tour with you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tuscany and Umbria. It was well organised and suited the interests of our members. Chiara, our tour manager, was lovely – informative and helpful. All the guides we had were very good. The Hotel Villa Ricci was well liked. We had an excellent holiday; we went to lots of very interesting places and we have learned a lot. Thank you to all who made this such an enjoyable holiday. JS, Scunthorpe

SM, Chichester

I am writing to express my appreciation of the trip to Glasgow and Edinburgh Tailored Travel arranged for our group. It was a fascinating and detailed tour and I learned a lot. Our Scottish guide, Tom, was excellent in providing information on the history, geography and geology of the places we visited and all done with a friendly, courteous manner and a delightful sense of humour. The Westerwood Hotel was vey comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I look forward to travelling with your company again. AT, Lewes

Thank you so much for all your help with our trip to Normandy. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The variety of chateaux and gardens was just right and our tour manager was excellent. GW, Canterbury

We have just returned from the trip organised by your company to Car Collections in Belgium and the Netherlands. We had an excellent trip and the hotel in The Hague was very good. We would particularly like to thank and praise our Tour Manager Lance who was easily the best we have encountered in many years of various holidays. He was helpful and good humoured throughout. Provided lots of information and assistance as well as spoiling us all with chocolates and biscuits. A real credit to the company. Our driver Gary was safe and attentive and they made an excellent pairing. SB, Salisbury

I have recently returned from your ‘Art & History of Central Spain’ with my local DFAS. I have been on many similar holidays but have never had such an excellent tour manager. Paul had perfect Spanish and so was able to be as one with the coach drivers and good local guides. His historical knowledge was vast and presented in a relaxed and gentle manner. He treated us all like royalty and took enormous care for our health and safety.

The holiday to Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Bath was another success. All my members were very happy with the itinerary. The hotel, the driver, the guide and last but not least the weather. So my thanks to Damian for setting things up, Sandy for organising the holiday and to Mike and John for having built up a successful travel business with customer satisfaction as its prime goal. TC, Italy

I would like to express our appreciation of the excellent holiday to Croatia and the Istrian Riviera. We were delighted with the hotel. As it had been recently renovated, the accommodation was of a very high standard. The location was superb, with many bedrooms overlooking the harbour. We were able to step out of the hotel on to the harbour, and the old town was on the doorstep. We all felt the programme was well planned. We had an excellent guide in Ratko, who was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. All in all it was an excellent holiday. JC, Derby
