AIR FORCE OFFICER QUALIFYING TEST (AFOQT) The Military Testing Office will administer the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT) on 16 SEP, 7 OCT, 21 OCT, 4 NOV, 18 NOV, 2 DEC, and 16 DEC 21. Individuals that are applying for a commissioning program and are in need of the AFOQT can contact the Military Testing Office @ (405) 739-2970 to schedule. Service members are required to RSVP. ACCESSING HIGHER EDUCATION TRACK The Accessing Higher Education (HE) Briefing is designed for Service members who are considering post-secondary education. Focusing on understanding and completing the college admissions process, participants explore career and personal goals, institutional selection factors, funding factors and financial aid, and the admissions process. The monthly briefing assists participants in analyzing their career and personal interests to formulate a post-secondary education plan to meet those goals. Briefing participants analyze different types of colleges/universities, methods of instructional delivery, transferability of credit, the school’s culture, and veteran support systems. The ultimate goal is to select an institution of higher learning that will support each student’s educational goals, and be a great fit academically, socially, and culturally. Monthly briefings are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the following dates: 08 SEP, 13 OCT, 10 NOV & 08 DEC 2021. All active duty AF are encouraged to participate. RSVP required. EARN COLLEGE CREDIT THROUGH TESTING Rose State College (RSC) is home to the National Test Center (NTC). What does this mean to you? Both civilians and military can take computer-based CLEP and DSST on the RSC campus. The computer-based testing allows you to receive results at the end of most exams. Exams are completely free to active duty with military ID card and one other form of identification.
