WAYS TO PAY

Please follow these steps to pay your bills, you can either pay online or pop into reception. If you have any questions get in touch with your park team.

1. Log onto www.ownerselect.co.ukgo to ‘My Account’ then ‘Pay My Bills’ or

Enter your invoice reference - this is the 10-digit number (including the zeros) you can locate the invoice number at the top of your invoice (see below). Once entered, click

Enter your account reference - this is the 6 or 7 digit format starting with the park reference. You can locate the account reference at the top of your invoice (see below). Once entered, click .

The “Payment For” and “Payment Amount” sections will appear – please note if you are on a payment plan you must amend the amount to reflect the monthly payment plan amount (payment plans must been preapproved with the park office). If you are unable to amend the amount you wish to pay, please contact your park directly.

Once you are happy the amount is correct, please click . If you would like to add another invoice, follow Steps 1 – 4 shown above (please note, service charge invoices must be processed individually). If you do not wish to add any further payments please click

Please complete your billing details. If you wish to receive a confirmation receipt, please ensure your email address is entered correctly, then click .

STEP 6

The payment Confirmation Page will appear. This will provide you the opportunity to review your payment. Once you are happy, click . You will be diverted to the ‘How do you want to Pay’, page. Select the type of card you wish to use and follow the instructions on the payment page. Please note, If you use a MAESTRO card, you will need to tick the box above the proceed button, before confirming that you wish to proceed with the transaction.

STEP 7

Your banking provider may require the payment to be approved via an authentication process. You will either receive a text message containing a unique code to enter or be asked to verify your payment via online banking by logging onto your banking app. This process may vary with each individual payment. It is important to have the phone you’ve registered with your bank to hand, because if you are not able to authenticate the payment, the transaction will be unsuccessful.

STEP 8

Your payment has been successful – you will now receive an email to confirm payment has been successful. If your payment has been unsuccessful and you do not know a reason for the unauthorised payment, please contact your park before trying to make payment again.
