The average age of a real estate agent is 57, and is typically used to speaking the traditional language of advertising tactics. But most property buyers don’t speak this language, if anything they actively ignore it. At Castran, we understand the importance of being able to speak to all our potential clients, and that includes engaging with our audience through social media. We embrace new technology and its role in the property industry.

For the property industry, Instagram is of even more importance, with its highly visual and interactive appeal.

Around 75% of Instagram users take action, such as visiting a website, after looking at an advertising post.

The ski slopes are patrolled daily by Ski Patrol who are competent skiers and snowboarders trained in First Aid, they can be recognise in a red and black jacket with a White Cross on the back.

It is most important to be fully prepared for skiing and boarding. The publication ‘Snowsafe’ contains a wide ran of information on ski safety and can be obtained from th Resort Management Office or the Snowsafe website at snowsafe.org.au.

Remember all vehicles stopping in a Victorian Alpine Resort must have a valid authorised Resort Entry Permit. Day, Multi-day and Season Resort Entry Permits are available through the online system of alpineeasyaccess.com.au, allowing guests to purchase prior to or immediately upon arrival, alleviating the need to queue at an entry booth to purchase an Entry Permit, giving you more time on the snow and less time in your car.

DAY PARKING If you are coming to the resort for the day you will be required to park in a designated day parking area as located on the Village Map indicated in BLUE. If these areas are full, Resort Management Staff will direct you to an appropriate parking location.

LONGTERM/OVERNIGHTPARKING If you are staying overnight or for a number of nights in the resort please park in the Long-term/Overnight parking areas indicated in GREEN on the Village Map. If you arrive late, proceed to the Long-term/Overnight parking areas advising the Night Village Bus Driver first that you will require transport back to your accommodation.
