YOUR LEADERSHIP LEGACY…
How would you describe your Leadership today?
How would those who work for you describe it?

Leadership is a lifelong quest. We work to become more effective, more comfortable in our own skin, and more confident in our ability to influence others.
It is helpful to assess your leadership effectiveness. Do you get the results you want and need? Do others like working with you? Are those who work with you growing their skills?
Don’t shy away from planning to take steps to improve. It can be such a rewarding experience. And don’t forget to celebrate where you are!
As I think about a Leadership Legacy, I am reminded of past leaders with whom I had the pleasure to serve.
I am drawn to memories of things I learned from them, the way they challenged me to be better, and how their perception of me was far above what I believed about myself.
A great leader sees potential and finds ways to unlock it in others.
A great leader offers helpful feedback without destroying the confidence of the intended recipient.
A great leader is content to work with someone who has great potential beyond their current role EVEN IF they will not be able to retain them long term.
What do you want your leadership legacy to be?
