However, I eventually found my focus and put myself together, thanks to Ms Hoang Anh* continuous support and encouragement I took 3-4 courses in subsequent semesters, completing all my courses on time while managing a full-time job as a marketing manager from 2021 to the end of 2022 Experiencing the working environment alongside my studies shifted my priorities; GPA was not my primary focus Instead, I concentrated on the process of learning, making new friends, and rebuilding my confidence in a new environment I was motivated to finish my degree on time to alleviate my parents' worries for me.

In November 2024, I represented the organization at the Accor Communication training, engaging with representatives from various Accor hotels across Vietnam One of the key challenges I faced was preparing the monthly financial report for the hotel, which involved a deep dive into Excel and collaboration with all departments. Thanks to a hands-on training session with the Financial Controller, I developed a solid grasp of financial reporting.
Additionally, I coordinated efforts across departments to ensure smooth operations, which was both challenging and rewarding Together with the Reservations and Sales & Marketing teams, I successfully hosted our first livestream to promote the hotel on social media channels
I have valuable experience in modeling for social content, assisting with guest relations, supporting the Sales & Marketing department in organizing site inspections, or supporting T&C department for their staff activities such as Town Hall, Green day
Additionally, I served as a Green Globe ambassador, which is part of a globally recognized initiative that certifies sustainable practices within the travel and tourism industry I successfully led the arrangement of the hotel audit for both Accor standard and the Green Globe certification, which was completed within the same year As a result of this audit, I began my professional journey focused on maintaining and delivering five-star service standards.

As Marketing Project Manager at ISOL, I led the rebranding initiative for Sơn Trà Hill Bistro & Stay, starting in December 2024 Our focus was on transforming the brand identity on social media after five years of operation
By executing the client’s updated brand strategy, we enhanced their online presence. Additionally, we collaborated with the operations team to organize weekly and monthly special events for the restaurant, including the island's inaugural painting workshop This storytelling approach not only engaged customers but also strengthened the bistro's community ties and elevated its brand recognition in the local market.

As Marketing Project Manager at ISOL, I spearheaded the marketing efforts for Kaisun Restaurant and Bar, beginning in March 2024 My primary focus was on establishing and optimizing their social media channels, creating a robust online presence that resonated with the target audience. Through strategic content development and community engagement initiatives, we effectively built brand awareness and attracted new customers By leveraging engaging visuals and captivating storytelling, I ensured that Kaisun Restaurant and Bar's unique offerings were showcased, ultimately driving customer interaction and loyalty in a competitive market. This initiative laid the foundation for sustained growth and visibility.
In addition to social media content, we also implement marketing activities to promote the restaurant on Google We received over 100 comments within 2 months.
ORIGIN SPECIALTY COFFEE & BAR
As the Marketing Project Manager at ISOL, I began leading the marketing efforts for Origin Specialty Coffee & Bar in June 2025 My primary focus has been on rebranding and optimizing their social media channels to create a strong online presence that aligns with their transformation from a private cocktail bar concept to a specialty coffee shop by day and a cocktail bar by night In the first two weeks, we successfully delivered the right message, which has resulted in a natural growth in audience engagement
