I like hanging out there.” Nash is a brother in jazz music and not of blood relation to the musically talented Marsalis family, who hails from New Orleans. His musical family includes father, Ellis, and brothers, Wynton, Delfeayo and Jason Marsalis. Although jazz is in his blood, the construction and appeal of Baroque music is one that Marsalis appreciates. “I think that in the long run, it develops a certain level of curiosity and changes the way that you hear things,” Marsalis finished.
