TAMPA BAY HEART BALL Red wine, red evening gowns and a rosy outlook for cardiac research primed guests to pump more than $1 million into the American Heart Association. The April event, held in the A La Carte Event Pavilion, even drew big pledges by phone to seed the Open Your Heart appeal. 1. HSN president Bill Brand, CEO Mindy Grossman and show host Bill Green. 2.
