2012 Member-Get-A-Member Contest Rules & Regulations

1. Individual recruiting new member must be a member in good standing of the BABC. 2. The new member must be a dues paying member at the time of application and one who has not been a member of the BABC since June 30, 2009. 3. Name of recruiter must appear on application submitted. 4. Members may sponsor as many new members as they wish. Recruit 8 or more: you will receive one entry for each member you recruit, in each of the three prize categories (i.e. you recruit 12 members, then you receive 12 chances to win the 1st tier prize, 12 chances to win the 2nd tier prize, and 12 chances to win the 3rd tier prize (an individual can only win once) Recruit 2-7 members: you will receive one entry for each member you recruit in the 2nd and 3rd tier prize categories (an individual can only win once) Recruit 1 member: you will receive one entry in the 3rd tier prize category. Prizes will be drawn beginning with the First Tier. 5. Applications must be received via mail or in person at The Bar Association of Baltimore City, 111 N. Calvert Street, Suite 627, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, via fax to 410-685-3420, or via email to info@baltimorebar.org, and must be accompanied by payment of dues either by check or credit card. Applications and payment must be received by 4:30 p.m. on May 15, 2012. BABC is not responsible for applications sent, but not received by May 15, 2012. 6. The contest period will run from February 22, 2012 through May 15, 2012. 7. Winners will be announced no later than May 30, 2012, and will be publicized on the BABC’s website and its publications. 8. Prizes must be picked up in person. 9. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries. 10.BABC staff and their immediate families are not eligible to win prizes.
