Architecture is a dynamic and an ever-changing discipline within our communities. As an architect I strive to follow a multidisciplinary approach towards design which enables me to explore the wide spectrum of the profession. My drive is fueled by my deep interests in the arts and photography which my designs seek inspiration from. I believe that Architecture is more than just the built form, my knowledge in psychology aids me in creating people centric designs serving the need of the end user in an appropriate manner.

E X P E R I E N C E
Global Summer School
Defined strategies for the applications of advanced digital design. Form-finding & structural analysis using computational softwares (Rhino, Grasshoper scripts, Karamba) Experimented with fabrication methods, materials and assembly techniques to produce a mobile bus stop solution using 3D printers.
Junior Architect
Concept development of residential villas for new and recurrent clients. Client meetings and architectural briefing. Worked under various senior architects, attended site meetings with structural team member. Undertaking Revit professional course and will sit for the exam by end of October 2018. 3D modelling & rendering softwares used such as SketchUp and Revit.
Caribbean Winter School
Discussion, testing and creation of new design strategies for district completion. Urban design and architectural schemes developed. Chosen to represent the university as a Manchester School of Architecture student ambassador at the international workshop in Havana.
Creek-side Residential Development
Involved in detail discussion in the design of a 7 storey, 21 apartment project between the family project team and Architects and Quantity Surveyors during the construction phase (2016-2017). Attending site meetings, sourcing finishes, etc.
Commercial Projects
Involved in renovating and expanding the family owned school. Changing entrance facade, enhancing the security by adding a guard house and CCTV monitoring room, adding a 3 level multipurpose sports halls, adding 4 rooms on 2 floors (1st and 2nd) supported by columns not to disturb the ground floor area and children’s play areas, adding 2 external staircases to reduce the traffic on the existing staircases with the ultimate aim of reducing the emergency evacuation time. Liasing with the architect and structural engineer in finalizing the detailed designs. Following up and obtaining Ministry of Housing and council appovals.
Architectural Intern
Assisted the chief architect of this architectural, planning and structural engineering practice. Attended site visits and client meetings. Worked on commercial projects (concept designs). Submitting evaluations on projects (preliminary stage).
VP Marketing & Public Relations
Responsible for creating a strong, brand alligned exposure and image for AIESEC amongst our audience and stakeholder groups. Managing the global brand in a AIESEC’s local committee as well as external and internal communication.
Student Council President
Responsible as the direct communication link between the students and the university’s academic board. Creation and management of internal events alongside the Registration and Student Affairs department.
Architectural Intern
Worked on commercial projects under various senior architects in the Oman office of a UK-based architecture practice. Participated in an interior design competition to design an office space where 3D modelling skills acquired.
