This month’s issue is being published earlier than usual to give Aspire members time to vote in the Landsec | Aspire Staff Recognition Awards. This annual event has been missing from our calendar for a couple of years due to the pandemic but I’m delighted to say that it’s back. The awards are your opportunity to vote for Aspire colleagues or teams who you think have delivered outstanding customer service. It is a testament to the skill, dedication and personality of Aspire members that there are so many worthy nominees from across the London Portfolio.

In this month’s issue you can read about the presentations made by our guest speakers at the ‘Supporting Sustainable Workspaces’ seminar, which was held at Myo Liverpool Street on 29 September. Many thanks to our Service Partners, who gave insightful talks on their sustainability goals and activities. In her presentation,

Jennie Colville, Head of ESG and Sustainability for Landsec, gave an update on our progress towards our science-based targets. Across our London office portfolio, we have reduced carbon emissions by 58% compared with the 2013/14 baseline. All electricity consumed is from renewable sources and 78% of waste is recycled, with zero waste sent to landfill. Keep up the good work, everyone!

Jacob Berkeley and Harvey Derwin have joined as Workspace Trainees, beginning a two-year journey through the Landsec WorkSPACE Academy. Meanwhile Yinka Daniel has joined the Property Support team. While Harvey applied for his role directly, Jacob and Yinka both came to us through our collaboration with organisations focused on inclusion –Jacob via 2020 Change and Yinka via Circl.

Let’s meet Jacob Berkeley Jacob Berkeley joined us as Workspace Trainee on 26 September and has had a busy few weeks of onboarding and familiarization with the Workplace Operations team. After visiting the Tech Bar to be kitted out with a laptop and phone, Jacob has completed a number of online learning and induction courses. He has been introduced to various team members and processes, spent several days shadowing Workspace Managers and visited sites across London.

“I’ve really, really enjoyed it,” says Jacob. “Everyone is lovely and happy to help. I’ve found it very interesting and I’ve been overwhelmed – in a good way –to see how grand the buildings are.” Based at 16 Palace Street, Jacob reports to Jamie Cotgreave in the team looking after Nova, Eastbourne Terrace, 62 Buckingham Gate, 24 Southwark Bridge Road and Lucent (when it completes next year). Matthew Neto has been assigned as his ‘buddy’ for the WorkSPACE Academy, although Jacob knows he can ask anyone for advice.

Jacob completed a degree in Economics & Business Finance at Brunel University before starting his career as a Finance and Investment Associate – which he says was similar to an internship – at a property company. He then took a short career break and found the opportunity at Landsec through 2020 Change. “They post roles on their Instagram page,” explains Jacob, “and I saw the Landsec one. I’m interested in property and thought I’d have a lot to offer, so I reached out to 2020 Change and applied via them.”

2020 Change is a youth empowerment organisation, renowned for helping young people to cultivate the right mindset to engage with today’s changing society. The organisation is focused on creating true inclusion in the workplace, with the aim of unemployment no longer affecting young black people disproportionately. Its multi-award-winning ‘I Am Change’ programme helps young people to discover and fulfil their

potential by developing self-confidence. After a recommendation from a friend, Jacob attended weekly sessions with 2020 Change for several months. “It really helped me and I really enjoyed it,” he says. “It definitely did change my mindset and motivated me to push myself and to do better things.”

After applying for the traineeship, Jacob attended two interviews at Landsec and the rest is history. He thinks the most challenging thing so far has been getting his head around all the systems. The best thing, however, has been getting out and about to see the buildings, including taking in the amazing views from the roofs of One New Change and Eastbourne Terrace.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys Muay Thai (Thai boxing), which he has been involved in for about a year and for which he trains several times a week at the gym. He loves food, especially Thai dishes. His mum is Thai and he has been to Thailand many times to visit relatives there.

Introducing Yinka Daniel

Yinka Daniel started a six-month contract as Central Administrator with the Property Support team at the Aspire Centre of Excellence in One New Change on 12 September. Her recruitment involved Circl, a unique coaching programme that gives underrepresented young people the opportunity to learn vital leadership skills alongside professionals from top businesses such as Google, Meta, Mckinsey & Company and Landsec.

Catherine Park, Community Manager for Circl, explains the scheme: “Our mission is to build a world where anyone, regardless of their background, can learn to lead. This is achieved through real-world coaching experience. The young adults, known as Future Leaders, are diverse individuals from underrepresented backgrounds who have the motivation but not necessarily the confidence, access or skills to fulfil their potential,” continues Catherine.

“The professionals build their leadership experience by coaching and being coached by the young people and their business benefits from creating a more

diverse, equal and effective workforce. The Future Leaders and the business people receive the same qualification at the end of the programme – the ‘Circl Leader as Coach’ certification, which is recognised by the Association for Coaching, the UK’s governing body.”

Yinka’s association with Circl began when she was at university – she studied Anthropology and Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), gaining a full scholarship for her degree. Circl asked her to join its Advisory Board, which she still sits on. They meet every month to discuss and progress new ideas aimed at helping to improve the programme.

“It’s really interesting,” says Yinka. “I’ve loved it. I love making changes and improving the programme so that everyone can really gain from what it has to offer.” Naturally, she got Circl involved in her application to Landsec. Yinka reports to Elaine Smalley, who she describes as “amazing”. How has she found life at Landsec so far?

“Really interesting,” she says. “The Victoria offices are so beautiful. I love the environment and the people are

really nice and friendly. I’ve never felt overwhelmed, due to the support. Now I’d like to get to know more people at Landsec outside my team.”

Outside of work, Yinka enjoys crochet and sewing. She likes going to different restaurants and reviewing them on TikTok and Instagram. She says she enjoys experiencing different cultures through food. Although she has a soft spot for Nigerian fare – her background is Nigerian – she also likes Japanese and Italian food. Yinka came to the UK at the age of nine and has not been back to Nigeria since but is going this month for a two-week trip!

Welcome to Harvey Derwin

Our other new Workspace Trainee is Harvey Derwin, who joined us on 26 September. Although he approached Landsec independently, he joined in a video call set up with Circl to give potential candidates the opportunity to chat to previous Workspace Trainees about the WorkSPACE Academy and working for Landsec. Harvey says that he found the call helpful and it was good to hear the former trainees’ perspective.

Harvey enjoys writing and completed A Levels in History, English Literature and Religious Studies this summer. Now he’s based at 16 Palace Street in the team looking after 80-100 Victoria Street, 123 Victoria Street, 16 Palace Street and The Forge (when it completes later this year). Harvey reports to Ieva Botes and his buddy for the WorkSPACE Academy is Jordon Joseph.

Asked about his experience of Landsec so far, Harvey says, “I’ve massively enjoyed it. It’s been nice to get around, meeting people. There’s a lot to see and take in. It’s definitely far from boring. I’ve enjoyed taking in the vibe around the City. It’s nice to be on my feet a lot – I’m never glued to a desk, which is good.” What has been most challenging? “They’re easing me in,” says Harvey, “so nothing has been overwhelming; maybe just getting used to systems such as RiskWise and VTS.”

When he’s not working, Harvey loves Brazilian Jujitsu, which he’s done for almost six years. He practises three or four times a week and says it’s very competitive. He also enjoys playing on his Xbox console and is looking forward to getting a PlayStation 5 soon. He loves travelling with friends and visited Budapest this summer.

The Jaguar team at Nova has welcomed Jim Roach, who joined as Day Improver in the first week of October. It is planned for Jim to complete an electrical engineering course two evenings a week at a local college and train on the job to become a qualified electrician. Vera Kostova has joined the frontof-house team with Rapport at 123 Victoria Street. Originally from Bulgaria, Vera was raised in Spain and speaks three languages. “I love music and travelling,” she says. Welcome, Jim and Vera!

Award for living wall

The green wall at New Street Square has won the Living Wall Trophy in the summer awards of the Flowers in the City Campaign, which is staged by the Worshipful company of Gardeners. Covering 240m2 on three aspects –East, South and West – the living wall at New Street Square has been a muchloved feature since its installation by specialist firm Biotecture in 2011.

Louise Ody, Workspace Manager at NSS, attended the awards ceremony on Monday 10 October at Mansion House,

accompanied by Aimee Hodgkinson, Workspace Assistant, and Tom Ward, Head of Sales for Biotecture. After the awards were presented by The Lady Mayoress, a buffet lunch was held a few minutes’ walk away at The Counting House in Cornhill.

The living wall brings vital greenery to the urban landscape, provides habitat for wildlife, improves air quality and reduces urban temperatures, as well has having a positive impact on wellbeing for city dwellers and workers.

LET’S TALK

Supporting Sustainable Workspaces

On Thursday 29 September, Landsec | Aspire Service Partners presented their sustainability goals, innovations and best practice at a seminar and live webinar. Entitled ‘Supporting Sustainable Workspaces’, the event was a hit with customers and Aspire members alike.

Best practice and behavioural change

CCustomers and colleagues from the Aspire community came together in the afternoon of Thursday 29 September to hear about the sustainability challenges and initiatives of our Service Partners. The event, held at Myo Liverpool Street, was organised by Solomon Jackson, Head of Corporate Accounts for Bywaters, and Alison Currell, Senior Aspire Service Delivery Manager. The audience enjoyed interesting presentations from eight guest speakers, followed by the opportunity to ask questions and chat over drinks and canapés. With expectations of the role of business in creating a sustainable future being much higher in the post-pandemic world, there was considerable interest in the event from Landsec customers and many of them found it informative and valuable. For example, Francois Lubbe, Operations Manager (London) for Burges Salmon LLP at New Street Square, commented: “We found the information shared extremely interesting and engaging and we look forward to working with you towards our shared vision in achieving a sustainable workspace and future. Congratulations on a successful event!”

After a welcome from Alison Currell, the seminar began with a presentation

by Jennie Colville, Head of ESG and Sustainability for Landsec. Jennie explained the Landsec vision of designing, developing and managing buildings in ways that enhance the health of our environment and improve quality of life for our people, customers and communities, now and for future generations. This vision is being realised through the Landsec sustainability framework of ‘Build well, Live well, Act well’. With 38% of global emissions in 2020 coming from the built environment, the property sector has huge potential in securing a sustainable future and, as Jennie put it, “There can be no losers in the race to net zero”. Landsec has science-based targets to:

— Reduce carbon emissions by 70% from the 2013/14 baseline by 2030

— Reduce embodied carbon by 50% for a typical new development by 2030. Jennie explained that beneath this there are 22 targets that we are holding ourselves accountable on and that considerable progress has already been made. We have reduced carbon emissions by 58% across our London office portfolio, compared with the 2013/14 baseline, and all the electricity it consumes is from renewable sources. 78% of waste across the London office portfolio is recycled, with zero waste sent to landfill. routinely monitoring factors such as air & water quality, thermal comfort and light. There are cycling facilities and showers to promote green travel and wellbeing, as well as partnerships with organisations focused on creating job opportunities and building employability skills.

A number of initiatives are helping Landsec to transition to net zero, including:

— Optimising building management systems, upgrading lighting and using Artificial Intelligence to improve energy efficiency (AI is being trialled at 80-100 Victoria Street)

— Installing air source heat pumps

— Deploying solar panels across our retail centres

— Collaboration with customers on energy efficiency measures.

Next on the podium was Natasha Thomson, Head of HSEQ for NJC . She reminded the audience that, “Whilst covid hit, the planet breathed” and confirmed that NJC was on a journey to net zero by 2030.

Natasha explained that air quality can be diminished by the use of cleaning aerosols. For this reason, NJC has implemented chemical-free cleaning

across many of its customer sites. The company also purchases sustainable products, implements paperless practices and uses carbon offsetting. By turning towards an electric fleet, NJC has managed to save four tonnes of carbon emissions for the Landsec portfolio, with further reductions possible.

For NG Bailey, Sarah Hotchen (Managing Director) and James Gladding (Operations Director) made a joint presentation. They explained that, as a technical engineering organisation, NG Bailey is using data to change behaviour. The company is using remote asset management and digital maintenance to optimise energy consumption and reduce the number of engineer journeys. A total of 20 Landsec buildings are connected to the AspireAnalytics Technical Operations Centre (TOC), with data being shared with Workspace Managers. This has been running for about seven years and is now based in the Aspire Centre of Excellence (ACE) at One New Change. Digital maintenance has resulted in a 12% reduction in HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) call-outs but also, crucially, there has been a reduction in energy consumption because data has been driving the process.

James explained that customer requests to extend working times outside of normal operating hours can add massively to energy use and ultimately has an impact on customer bills. For example, when an extension was made at 123 Victoria Street to the operating period for the chillers due to the heatwave in July, the result was a 24.5% increase in electricity consumption over the two days. NG Bailey is committed to having an electric fleet and is rolling out air quality sensors. The team also assists Landsec with feasibility assessments for new developments.

Shannon Berry, Sustainability Manager, gave an insightful presentation on behalf of Principle Cleaning Services, which she said is striving to be the

UK’s most sustainable cleaning company. Principle, whose vertical cleaning division is the second largest window-cleaning business in the UK, is a privately owned, family business. Shannon explained that one of the things that attracted her to joining the company was that, whereas it is often a problem to get people at the top to buy in to sustainability, this was not a problem at all at Principle.

Having partnered with Planet Mark to calculate a baseline, Principle has set a net zero target of 2025 for scope 1 and 2 and is working on setting a target for scope 3 with its supply chain. The company achieved carbon neutrality in April 2022 and works with Ecologi for carbon offsetting. “Offsets have a bit of a bad rep,” said Shannon, “but I see them as part of our armoury.”

Principle sources consumables that are good for people and the planet. It has also installed aqueous ozone machines across the London Portfolio, which have saved over 80% of the chemicals used across the sites, as well as enzymebased descalers to tackle London’s hard water. In addition, Principle is using technology to target resources better, with its award-winning, data-driven PCS Connect solution allowing cleaning schedules to be optimised according to footfall and usage.

Social action is also a key element in Principle’s ESG strategy. According to Shannon, “If we help our communities to thrive, then ultimately that will help us achieve our climate goals much, much faster.” The thinking here is that social action allows people to focus on living sustainably rather than having to focus on paying the bills. Principle’s social activities include laundering clothes for homeless people, partnering with WorkFit (the Down’s Syndrome Association’s employment programme), volunteering for a wildlife charity and fundraising for a children’s hospice.

Q&S Commercial Landscaping was represented by Jamie Westcott, Contracts Manager, who gave a fascinating talk about sustainable urban horticulture. Jamie explained that

Aspire ESG AspireAsOne.co.uk AspireAsOneTeam AspireAsOne AspireAsOne018 One Magazine

gardening in the city is quite different to gardening elsewhere, with everything grown in containers –which, for trees, are known as coffins!

With the challenges of pollution, wind tunnels and lack of rain, urban horticulture needs careful planning. Q&S has over 100 species of plants across the London Portfolio, with Jamie estimating that the figure will be closer to 200 with the redesign of Cardinal Place. The Q&S team have implemented a number of sustainable practices in recent years. They no longer use petrol equipment but instead use electric or hand tools. Neither do they use any chemicals (relying on natural alternatives such as seaweed for fertilizer) or annual bedding plants, which are not sustainable due to the amount of water, energy and transport miles needed to grow and distribute them. Q&S uses bulbs and perennials instead; “With planning,” said Jamie, “you can still have colour for 11 months of the year.”

The company has ripped out Buxus (Box) due to the issues of Box blight and the Box tree caterpillar, which demand a lot of fertilizer and insecticide. Instead of pesticides, which are harmful not only to the bugs being targeted but also to other insects and spiders, Q&S

releases ladybirds to eat aphids and nematodes to deal with caterpillars.

The benefits of the Q&S sustainability activities are evident. “The really interesting thing for me was the impact on my team’s mental health,” said Jamie. “When we started working sustainably, my team just relaxed.” He explained that without having to wear heavy petrol backpacks and endure the sound, vibration and fumes of petrol mowers or strimmers, team members were able to engage with passers-by, resulting in fruitful conversations about sustainable horticulture.

Ed Van Reenen, Associate Director, was the next presenter, speaking about the progress on sustainability being made by Bywaters. The company has set a target of achieving net zero by 2030 and is investing in renewables, electric machinery, skylights and latent heat harvesting, as well as certified carbon offsetting.

Bywaters recently took delivery of its first electric dustcart and plans to replace the rest of its fleet of 60 with these zero-emission HGVs. The vehicles drive 1.2 million km per year, although waste compaction means fewer collections are required, thus helping clients with their scope 3 carbon impact.

At its waste plant in Bow – London’s largest covered materials recovery facility – Bywaters processes 120,000 tonnes of dry recyclables a year. The company’s 4000 rooftop solar panels provide electricity for about 50% of its operational needs during the summer. The grabbers and other machinery at the site currently use 20,000 litres of red diesel a month but there are plans to electrify this kit.

Bywaters has reduced its carbon emissions by 56% since its baseline in 2014. The company’s Green Gurus help to promote sustainability through recycling audits, training sessions, waste awareness days, beach-cleaning events and tours of its materials recovery

facility. Other activities include placing textile recycling banks in lobbies, coffee cup recycling at two specialist centres and charity donations.

The final presentation of the afternoon came from Archie Dalton, Business Development Manager for Olio, the world’s only community food-sharing app. With the realisation that food waste is fuelling our climate crisis, Olio seeks to redistribute surplus food from retailers, restaurants and cafés to communities via a network of volunteers. The organisation is working with many well-known brands including Tesco, Costa and Pret A Manger. Olio has 6 million users worldwide, half of whom are in the UK.

Archie presented some staggering statistics:

— 40% of all food globally is wasted

— 10% of global greenhouse gases are generated by food waste.

He also pointed out that, with the current cost of living crisis, it is more important than ever that food ends up in bellies, not bins. In the UK, 7.3 million adults said in April that they had gone without food in the past month, compared with 4.7 million in January.

According to Olio Co-Founder, Saasha Celestial-One, “Humanity can no longer afford to puzzle over how to keep global warming within 1.5 degrees and feed a population of 10 billion, while throwing away one third of the food we produce.” We are grateful to our Service Partners for their excellent collaboration in staging this insightful seminar, with special thanks to Sol Jackson for driving the event.

Black Future Month

Claudia Nunes, Receptionist with Rapport at Nova, is one of three staff members at Rapport to have been selected for the company’s Black Future Month feature. Black Future month is a campaign that has grown out of Black History Month and aims to look beyond the past and present to visualise what the future may hold for black people.

CClaudia will be featured for a month on a display at Rapport’s head office, will attend the opening ceremony and be featured in short film for distribution across all of Rapport and its parent group, Compass. The following is the profile that will go on display:

“My name is Claudia Nunes and I have been living in London for the past 22 years. I am from Angola and I speak Portuguese. I am also fluent in Spanish, which I learned when I was younger watching Telenovelas and listening to Spanish music. I am a proud mother of two and love spending time with my family and friends, travelling and exploring new places and cultures and I love dancing and listening to music. I joined Rapport three years ago as Front Office Receptionist for Landsec at Nova Building. It has been the most amazing experience working for Rapport, which values us, and also working with an amazing team who make coming to

work every day so enjoyable. My work at Rapport has never just been about coming to work or providing a high standard of service and going home. It has always been about belonging and creating a community and family. I am actively involved in many communities at Rapport. I am a Pink Ambassador, a community that helps host evening events. I am also a Landsec | Aspire Ambassador, where I represent our Rapport team and collaborate with our client and other Service Partners. Additionally, I have completed a Mental Health First Aider course so that I can be a better help to my colleagues. I am always the first one to be involved in any event, volunteering or activity, encouraging my team to participate and have fun together. Being shortlisted as one of the ten finalists in the 2022 Corporate Receptionist of the Year Award was a great achievement and an amazing accolade, being recognised for the work I do every day and love to do. In terms of future aspirations, I have already started taking steps in my

professional development by attending extra training sessions and one-toone development meetings with my supervisor and personal initiatives. I am hoping to progress within my career to become a team supervisor. I aspire to become a leader, so that I can lead by example. When I say that I love being a receptionist, it comes from the bottom of my heart and I try to show that in everything that I do. I would love to have an opportunity to share this view with others by being a representative for corporate receptionists across the UK, spreading my positivity within a team and showing others that working as a corporate receptionist can be an amazing and fun career.”

Congratulations, Claudia!

Landsec

ESG Award

This award recognises Service Partners who have made an outstanding contribution in terms of the environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues that impact our business. Vote for your favourite today!

Q&S

Q&S is nominated for actively promoting sustainability and biodiversity in its landscaping through chemical-free horticulture. The Q&S team use no insecticides, weedkiller or herbicides, relying instead on seaweed as fertilizer and natural methods for pest control, such as introducing ladybirds to eat aphids. Q&S is also petrol-free (using battery-operated tools instead) and annual-bedding-free across the Landsec portfolio (these plants are not sustainable due to the amount of water, energy and transport miles needed to grow and distribute them).

NJC

NJC has made great progress in transitioning to electric vehicles and now has an all-electric van fleet in London. The company has committed to replacing vehicles every month until its nationwide fleet is totally electric, dramatically reducing NJC’s carbon footprint and supporting Landsec on its journey to net zero. In addition to no emissions, the electric vans have no engine noise, are easy to charge and have ultra-low running costs.

Principle

Principle Cleaning Services achieved its aim of being a carbon neutral business by spring of 2022, making huge efforts internally and partnering with Ecologi for any required carbon offsetting. Principle is serious about its strategy to become the UK’s most sustainable cleaning company. The team’s goals to achieve by the end of this year include

37% electrification of its vehicle fleet, going virtually paperless and plastic-free at its head office and warehouse sites and getting rid of aerosols across the entire business.

Rapport

The Rapport team is nominated for making a difference through behavioural change. Rapport’s companywide committee – Be The Change – leads its sustainability initiatives and shares ideas on how to be a more sustainable organisation. Actions range from creating small notepads from scrap paper for the team to reuse, to ‘plogging’ (jogging while picking up litter) events in London parks and donating uniforms that are no longer required to charity, not only helping people but giving garments a longer life.

Bidvest Noonan

Bidvest Noonan has been implementing its Sunrise programme to support its ESG objectives. Examples of its initiatives include giving IT equipment a second life by donating surplus devices to charities, schools and communities and moving systems online to enable paperless logging, auditing and reporting. The company has also been donating surplus suits to charities and hosting events to support people back into work in partnership with Employment4all and the Department for Work and Pensions.

Bywaters

Bywaters recently introduced the first of its new fleet of electric waste vehicles, the eCollect electric dustcart. The 100% electric vehicle is providing zeroemission waste collection and is topped up at Bywaters’ on-site vehicle charging points, with the electricity being drawn from the company’s 4000 rooftop solar panels. The electrification of its waste collection fleet will help Bywaters to achieve its target of reaching net zero by 2030. The company also organises beach-cleaning events and collects coffee cups for recycling at specialist centres.

OryxAlign

The OryxAlign team is nominated for donating IT equipment to our charity partner, Caxton Youth Organisation. Caxton Youth needed to refresh a few aged computers that were on their last legs, so OryxAlign wiped clean and supplied some refurbished machines that were in good condition. These were installed at the charity’s Pimlico club, where young disabled people use computers for entertainment, art projects and job applications.

Innovation Award

NJC

NJC is nominated for carrying out successful trials of a robotic windowcleaning solution. Developed by Kite Robotics in the Netherlands, the robot is attached to four anchor points on the building by lightweight wires, enabling it to move about to clean the façade of the building. Being portable, the robot can be shared between multiple buildings. The NJC team also held an insightful Cobotics Day at Cardinal Place recently to showcase cleaning cobots (collaborative robots).

Bidvest Noonan

The Bidvest Noonan team recently rolled out Smart Radios to all Service Partners at One New Change. Replacing traditional walkie-talkies, the Smart Radio devices feature a field service app, allowing ticket information from the AspireAssist 24/7 HelpDesk to be sent directly to on-site technicians rather than via the Service Partner’s helpdesk. Supervisors can use the app to assign tasks to team members to ensure the best possible response time. The Smart Radios will now be rolled out across the London Portfolio.

Jaguar

Jaguar Building Services is nominated for refurbishing the catenary lighting system at Nova, including the upgrade of its software to produce a better atmosphere for retailers. The energyefficient lighting system – with LED lamps strung from tensile cables that span the gap between Nova South and Nova North – can be programmed to create spectacular patterns of multicoloured light. The upgrade means that the Jaguar team can dial into the PC with a mobile phone to change the settings while looking at the effects in real time, in order to achieve the best results.

Principle

Principle Cleaning Services is nominated for installing its data-driven cleaning solution, PCS Connect, at Dashwood. This smart washroom system, which allows schedules to be optimised according to footfall and usage, won Principle an award at the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards 2022. The system not only provides evidence of attendance but also a condition survey and stock control for consumables. The technology ensures needs-based cleaning, using resources where they are most effective.

Chris is always willing to go above and beyond – not just for NG Bailey but for Landsec and Landsec customers.

David Williams OryxAlign

David Williams, Service Delivery Manager, is considered by his colleagues at OryxAlign to be an unsung hero. David is in charge of making sure that all IT on Landsec sites runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. He analyses issues, looks at fixes and dispatches tickets for remedial work, as well as organising people. David has worked tirelessly over the last year to integrate new kit into the building networks as a result of the Cyber Acceleration Project.
