The Membership Development Partner (MDP) serves as an indispensable partner for new Chairs at TIGER 21 from the very start, guiding them through the intricacies of a sophisticated Member development and sales process until their Group successfully launches with five founding Members This role encompasses hands-on coaching in areas ranging from understanding prospect profiles and motivations to honing effective closing techniques Through tailored support, including roleplaying scenarios and strategic sales approaches, the MDP equips new Chairs with the necessary skills and insights to effectively build their Group. As a TIGER 21 Chair, you are an independent contractor, and your compensation is based on a percentage of the Membership dues paid by the Members in the Group(s) you lead This starts at 22% and grows to 31%, depending on the total number of Members in your Group(s).
But the rewards of being a TIGER 21 Chair extend beyond financial compensation. We believe in investing in our Chairs, both personally and professionally. That's why, as a new Chair, you receive the New Group Development Stipend, which supplements your own investments in business development for new Members during the Group-building period
Additionally, TIGER 21 offers a Member Referral Program that rewards Chairs for proactively adding new Members to the TIGER 21 community during and after the Group build. This includes identifying and contributing to bringing a Member into any other Chair's Group
