EB team 2011 – 2012 includes: Local Committee President, VP Communication and Information Management, VP External Relations, VP Finance, VP InComing eXchange, VP OutGoing eXchange, VP Project Management, VP Talent Management.

II. Application Procedure:  Each candidate must present their application, answering all questions applicable to the position they are applying for. Application from should not last more than 7 pages (not include endorsements)  All of the application forms for LCP position have to include 2 endorsements from AIESECers, 1 endorsement from AIESECers for LCVP position  All candidates have to submit the application regarding to instruction in LC googlesite  The deadline for submitting LCP application form is 11:59PM, December 18th 2010, for LCVP application form is 11:59PM December 31th 2010. No exception will be tolerated for late applications

This timeline is tentative, any change will be informed in advance.

During the time from 18/12 – 26/12, the whole LC will be invove in several activities online. Please pay attention and be cooperative

IV. LCP Election Regulation LCP Election regulation is the official rule for AIESEC FTU Hanoi LCP Election December 2010. All participants of this election including LCP candidates, LC plenary, Executive Board 2010-2011 and Chairperson are required to follow this regulation: 1. LCP Election regulation shall be conducted by current LCP, subject to LCP election regulation in National and LC compendium.

2. LCP candidates shall closely follow the election procedure and election timeline set.

3. A minimum of three weeks’ notice must be given for elections of the LCP to the Local Plenary. Local Plenary includes all LC full members which will be decided by current LCP regarding to membership criteria in LC Compendium 1 week before the election.

4. A chairperson shall be appointed and ratified by the current LCP a minimum of one week before elections.

5. All LCP candidates must be full members of the LC at the time of application. Applications must be created and released one month before the election by the current LCP. In the case that the number of applicants for LCP position is less than 2 at the time of form closing, either the deadline could be extended to 1 more week or the application form could be reopened.

Outgoing LCP reserves the decision making right for this case.

6. Applications shall be distributed to the entire Local Plenary at least one week prior to the election.

7. Candidates for LCP elections can withdraw their nominations anytime before 24 hours of the election meeting by submitting it in writing to outgoing LCP. 8. Individual interview for LCP candidate shall be conducted 1 week before Election day. Current LCP is mainly responsible for releasing detailed procedure and holding interview board.

9. LCP candidates are not allowed to call on coallocation, alliance or faction on purpose. Calling on coallocation, alliance or faction on purpose is defined as conducting action/ movement to make LC members against or have negative impression to other LCP candidates.

10. Any individual in LC is not allowed to conduct on purpose actions to destroy image of any particular LCP candidates. Spreading bad rumours/ bad image about any LCP candidates is banned.

11. Executive Board 2010 – 2011 is not allowed to give extra instructions about Election day and information regarding to Election & Selection new EB to any LCP candidates. All instruction for Election day will be delivered in the EB – LCP candidates instruction meeting.

12. LC members should attend Election day on 26/12/2010. Any excuses are strongly discouraged.

13. On Election day, Local plenary is not allowed to go out during the whole process except for the break.

14. Questions in Election day should not focus on functional aspects or be aimed at destroying the performance of the LCP candidate. The Chairperson owns full right to disapprove any question which dig deep in function or have destructive purpose.

15. Voting rules:  LCP shall be elected by secret ballot. Only full members have voting rights. Detailed voting procedure and List of LC full members shall be released one week before the Election day by current LCP.  The candidate which receive the highest votes and the proportion of “vote for” is over 50% shall pass the election. In case the candidate could not have over 50% “vote for”, the election will be conducted again.  In the case that LCP candidates have the same number of “vote for”, the election will be conducted again.  LCP candidates & the Chairperson shouldn’t have voting right.  No abstention is allowed in LCP election.

16. Any individual who break the regulation will immediately lost his/her voting right or will not have right to continue to run for LCP position.

V. LCVP Selection Procedure 1. LCVP application shall be released by current LCP. 2. LCP elect (LCPe) shall have the full power to select LCVPs with the consultancy of outgoing LCEB. 3. In the case that the number of applicants for a VP position is less than two, the deadline may be extended 1 more week or LCPe shall nominate VPs for the missing positions from other LCVP applicants. If after 1 week of deadline extension, if number of applicants is still less than 2, LCPe shall nominate VPs for the missing positions from LC full members.

4. Elected LCP will interview LCVP candidates to select his/her VPs with the consultant of outgoing LCP within 2 weeks after Election day 5. Outgoing LCEB has the right to call for Vote for Confident process with LCVP who was selected by LCPe if necessary.
