The Pollak Green Roof users are VCUarts students, faculty, and guests but the target audience forthese design strategies is students. The primary activities supported by these design strategies are sketching studying and exhibiting.

Space distribution test

Advantage: the sketching and studying area is quiet which is suit for students to work.

Weakness: exhibition area might be cover the green scenery.

Advantage: the part of sketching area would be a curve shape which encourage student communicate to improve their sketching.

Weakness: when people watch some art works in exhibition area which might interact some students who are sketching.

Advantage: studying and sketching area won’t be influenced by people who watching the art works in exhibbition area. And when students tired they can watch the green trees to relax.

Weakness: exhibition area might be cover the scenery of school.

Advantage: Space utilization would be maximize.

Weakness: noise maybe interact students to study.
