At TIA, we develop players through a structured, long-term approach that integrates high-level on-court training, athletic development, and mentorship.
Our High Performance Academy is designed for competitive junior athletes who are committed to improvement, accountability, and the demands of tournament play. We operate as a large academy with small-group attention, delivering a system-based training model that unifies technical development, physical training, and mentorship within one cohesive program.
The approach is intentional and progressive, built to help players develop skills that transfer consistently from practice to match play.
We emphasize clarity, consistency, and accountability—so each athlete understands what they are working on, why it matters, and how it connects directly to their competitive goals.
ABOUT US THE PLAYERS WE SERVE
TIA High Performance program is designed for junior athletes who are committed to improvement and ready to train with purpose in a structured environment.
This program is a great fit for players who:
• Train multiple days per week and value consistency
• Compete regularly or are preparing to compete
• Are coachable and open to feedback
• Understand that development is a process, not a shortcut
This program may not be the right fit for families seeking casual training, short-term results, or unstructured, drop-in programming. Our focus is on long-term development and building habits that support sustained competitive growth.
