VOLVO AFTERMARKET UPGRADES

CAB EXTERIOR DECAL APPLICATION As well as a full respray, we also offer the addition of relevant decals to further help with customisation or branding. Full vinyl wraps also supplied when required. All work can be carried out before truck collection for ultimate convenience.

DIRT DEFLECTORS

Extra deflector panels each side of the bonnet that provide even more presence to your truck’s front end on the road.

FRONT GRILLE RESPRAY A popular upgrade to replace the grey textured colour of the factory grille. Can be colour-coded to the body and also incorporate the pulldown cab steps that have separate surrounds (can be replaced with chrome alternatives or painted).

BIB SPOILER Lower-slung skirt below the bumper that improves front-end aesthetics and road presence.

ADDITIONAL WORKLIGHTS Supplied by both Kelsa and Lightfix, these can be mounted to lightweight aluminium roof bars and/or the front lower grille and lower splitter. An additional worklight can be added to the rear of the cab to assist with attaching/detaching trailers. Can be finished off with air horns.

CAB RESPRAY The ultimate expression of individualism. Cabs can be painted to almost any colour scheme required for personalisation or branding purposes. All work can be carried out before truck collection for optimum customer convenience.

CHASSIS EXTRAS ALLOY WHEELS Upgrade from standard steel wheels to alloy units for a number of benefits, including substantial weight savings, improved heat dissipation (helps with longevity of brake and suspension components), and enhanced looks. Can be combined with custom painted hubs. Tyres can also be upgraded/downgraded.

FUEL TANK UPGRADE

We offer various options to relocate or increase/decrease fuel tank size. Secondary tanks can also be installed. An essential upgrade for long-haul work.

TIPPING/HYDRAULIC SYSTEM It’s very common to find the right truck that doesn’t have tipping gear installed. We prepare trucks for hydraulics in-house. Single- or dualline options available. Tanks can be located to the rear of the cab or bolted to the chassis, depending on preference.

FIFTH WHEEL ADJUSTMENT As most trucks come with fixed fifth wheels as standard, we can offer an alternative with manually adjustable or airsliding variants.

PAINTED WINGTOPS

Upgrade from the factory grey-coloured wingtops with a bespoke hue. Can be matched to the cab colour if required.

CAB INTERIOR

PROXIMITY SYSTEMS Vital for urban driving. A kit of this kind is now compulsory for travelling through London and will be required for more cities in the future. A camera and sensors must be fitted to conform with regulations.

FRIDGE INSTALL Commonly fitted under the bunk but can also be installed in one of the upper lockers. Incorporating a separate freezer compartment.

COFFEE MAKER Replaces one of the lower pull-out drawers located under the bunk.

BESPOKE LEATHER Rejuvenate the look and feel of your cabin with bespoke leather seat and bunk retrims. Various bolstering and stitching colour options available. The ideal way to address tired and worn-out looking seats.

MICROWAVE UPGRADE Installed in the passenger-side front locker.
