Introducing “THS PTA Studio 54 Gala Highlights”, a digital keepsake of the glittery disco moments that unfolded through a fun, unforgettable night. It’s also our chance to spotlight our truly generous sponsors. The support of our sponsors made this gala a resounding success, and we are excited to showcase their businesses and organizations.

Flipping through the pages, it’s distinctly apparent that an incredible bond is shared between parents, teachers, staff, and sponsors of The Harbour School. We hope this memento will serve as a reminder of the power of working together for a common purpose.

Dear THS Community & Supporter,

It’s been 3 years, 11 months and 11 days since The Harbour School Parent Teacher Association has hosted an in-person fundraising gala, and it’s clear that you wanted to “Bring The Party Back!”

A sold out, epic night to remember, you helped us raise a whopping total of HK$620,000 to unlock the best for The Harbour School. Our live auction raised HK$110,000 alone from the groovy revelers at the party! Our incredible silent auction of over 70 prizes raised HK$290,000 from the funk collective. Our raffle was a soulful triumph raising nearly HK$60,000 from 67 assorted prizes. Additionally, we collected over HK$160,000 in cash pledges to cap off our fundraising.

Studio54 was truly a labor of overflowing love. from all those groovy gala guests and community wide silent auction bidders to the parent and teacher volunteers who dedicated hours to make it a glittery success. We are so humbled by your contributions and service.

You volunteers are out of sight! You are the real disco divas and dudes who made this event such a smashing success. We are totally blown away by your generosity and support for our school community.

So, a major shout out and huge thank you to our volunteers.

Explanation of Funds

Dear Friend of The Harbour school,

The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at The Harbour School (THS) plays a vital role in supporting the school and enhancing the educational experience for our students. As outlined in our Articles of Association, our mission is to finance educational enhancement materials that go beyond the standard school budget, thereby enriching the learning environment at THS.

We actively seek out projects that can benefit as many students as possible across the Garden and Grove campuses. To ensure we make well-informed decisions, we welcome suggestions from various stakeholders, including the school administration, faculty members, parents, and students. We value your suggestions and recognize the importance of engaging with all members of our school community and are always open to suggestions.

When we receive project suggestions, the PTA Executive Committee carefully reviews each one. We consider factors such as feasibility, alignment with THS's mission, and the potential impact on student learning. We also hold regular meetings with the Principals to gain their insights and ensure that the projects we support align with the overall vision and goals of THS.

Throughout this process, we prioritize transparency and accountability. The PTA Executive Committee discusses every suggestion, taking into account the diverse perspectives and needs of the community.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who has contributed to our past fundraising efforts. Your support allows us to bring these valuable enhancements to our students' education.
