Mondays | 1:00 - 2:00pm Led by Shannon Servi, MSW, LCSW Following the Linehan model for dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), this specialized group teaches tangible life skills related to mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness — all of which can complement other mental and behavioral health therapies in fostering growth and healing.
