Thompson Thrift 2023 Fall TT Serve Days Throughout the year, Thompson Thrift loves finding ways to serve our surrounding communities. In the past quarter, team members in Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Phoenix, and Denver all found different ways to live out our mission. In addition to serving our community service partners, Next Step and Heart Change, regional office team members volunteered their time with Feed My Starving Children and the Food Bank of the Rockies.

Thompson Thrift is excited to announce the disposition of an absolute net lease with Slim Chickens within the company’s 101 & Northern development in Glendale, AZ! 101 & Northern is a 24-acre mixed-use development home to national and regional users such as QuikTrip, Whataburger, Black Rock Coffee, Cobblestone Auto Spa, Life Storage, Choice Hotels, and approximately 300 market-rate multifamily units. The development is in the heart of Glendale and is in close proximity to popular sports, tourism, and hospitality venues, such as State Farm Stadium, Gila River Arena, Crystal Lagoons, and TopGolf. Thompson Thrift consummated the off-market transaction with the assistance of Nick Christifulli of Marcus & Millichap who represented the Buyer. ORLANDO, Fla. (Oct. 25, 2023) – Thompson Thrift announced the development of Standard441, a new 300-unit multifamily community in the Orlando suburb of Lady Lake. Thompson Thrift plans to begin construction this month and welcome new residents beginning in late 2024. “Lady Lake is a fast-growing area that shows no signs of slowing down,” said Josh Purvis, Managing Partner for Thompson Thrift Residential. “The area is expected to nearly double in size by 2040, providing Thompson Thrift the perfect opportunity to develop a high-end multifamily community that will offer residents the ability to live close to work and enjoy the benefits of nearby retail, entertainment and recreation.”

An approximately 23,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market is set to anchor the mixeduse development, along with a Class A multifamily community to be developed later. Thompson Thrift Sells 1.5-Acre Parcel Within Elliot Tech Center MESA, AZ
Thompson Thrift recently completed the sale of a 1.5-acre parcel to Circle K at the northwest corner of Signal Butte and Elliot Road in Mesa, AZ. The PAD is part of Elliot Tech Center, a 70-acre mixed-use commercial and industrial development. Phase I of Elliot Tech Center commercial development will have five (5) retail PADs and will feature Black Rock Coffee and Oregano’s Pizza Bistro, in addition to Circle K. Phase I will also include three (3) industrial buildings just over 250,000 square feet. Future phases within the development will accommodate additional industrial developments, which could total an additional 625,000 square feet.
