Colorado Team Members Serve Local Community Through Volunteering 34 team members came together for the first-ever Colorado Serve Day on Thursday, September 14, volunteering at Food Bank of the Rockies. The team set a new shift record at the Food Bank, packing 824 boxes and 16 pallets weighing 39,600 pounds. This equates to 33,000 meals for vulnerable families throughout the front range.

Thompson Thrift Begins Construction on Mixed-Use Development near Taiwan Semiconductor Plant in Phoenix PHOENIX, AZ
Thompson Thrift announced the commencement of construction on master infrastructure improvements and approximately 35,000 square feet of freestanding and multi-tenanted retail space near the $20+ billion Taiwan Semiconductor Plant (TSMC) in northern Phoenix. “The property is advantageously situated along a main growth corridor in the north Phoenix area,” said Ashlee Boyd, managing partner for Thompson Thrift Commercial. “We think the combination of location, strong demographics and high-quality construction have generated significant leasing interest and will make this a standout addition to this growing market.” Read the full article in our Pressroom

Thompson Thrift Residential Wins Multiple Awards at AAMD AURORA, CO Thompson Thrift team members attended the AAMD (Apartment Association of Metro Denver) 2023 Tributes Awards at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, CO. This event is only celebrated every three years, and there were over 1,400 people in attendance, making this year the largest Tributes attendance in the last 50 years! Thompson Thrift Commercial Closes on Sale of Multitenant Building MESA, AZ Thompson Thrift closed on the sale of a 100% leased multitenant building located within Cadence at Gateway in Mesa, AZ. The multitenant building was leased to Bosa Donuts, Rio Nail Bar and Point 22 Tavern. Cadence at Gateway is a master-planned community with 1,510 single-family homes and 400 multifamily units, ideally situated in the heart of the vibrant East Valley Gateway Corridor and adjacent to EastMark. Additionally, Cadence at Gateway is part of the Arrival at Cadence Community Center, a 16.45-acre shopping center with over 20 businesses.

Thompson Thrift Sells Two Fully Leased Multi-Tenant Retail Buildings in Southwest Florida CAPE CORAL, FL
Thompson Thrift announced the sale of two fully leased multi-tenant retail buildings at Cape Coral Commons in Cape Coral. An independent buyer from California purchased the buildings for an undisclosed amount. “Cape Coral Commons sits at one of the key intersections in one of the country’s fastest growing cities,” said Ryan Menard, vice president of development for Thompson Thrift Commercial. “We are pleased to have completed a successful sale in such a high-traffic area.” Located at the northwest corner of Del Prado Boulevard and Pine Island Road, Cape Coral Commons spans approximately 13 acres and consists of three 12,000-square-foot, multitenant buildings and four 1- to 2-acre outlot parcels. First Watch, Mission BBQ, Firehouse Subs, Tire Kingdom, Paragon Healthcare, Crumbl Cookies, PJ’s Coffee and Visionworks are all open. Encore Nails & Spa and Love Boat Ice Cream will be opening soon.
