That is of course the great Wolfman Jack, menacing afternoon driver Loo Katz back in 1977 at then-MOR WWDC-AM/ Washington, D.C. Loo started out as production director and became PD when the station flipped to Top 40 in 1978. As he himself says, “I was all of 24.
