That is of course the great Wolfman Jack, menacing afternoon driver Loo Katz back in 1977 at then-MOR WWDC-AM/ Washington, D.C. Loo started out as production director and became PD when the station flipped to Top 40 in 1978. As he himself says, “I was all of 24. Yikes!” Thanks to Loo, now founder and CEO of Hound Radio, for this fantastic photo.
