indebted to JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs to the tune of $7.5 billion, according to the apex bank's 2022
financial statement. This is coming on the heels of the introduction of draft operational
rules and regulations for in-country clearing and settlement of foreign currency (FCY) fund transfers among
Nigerian banks by the apex bank to enable faster, cheaper, and more transparent FX transfers.
