“It is a lovely facility with gorgeous grounds on Flax Pond. The amenities are great with an indoor pool, fitness room, greenhouse, lovely dining room, pub, country store, breakfast restaurant, wonderful gathering places, real library, and even a billiard room! I saw many other senior living developments that seemed very over-the-top but this one is done in such a beautiful, comfortable way with wicker furniture in the common areas that is so Cape Cod! My parents have a ground-floor unit with a lovely patio and they are able to park their car 30 feet from their patio. The staff has all been so wonderful… From the admissions people to the maintenance people to the front desk staff to the dining room staff. They have all been wonderful. Not only was this a wonderful fit for my parents but it was the most budget friendly as well. We really could not have picked a better place!”

It has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and it has its own laundry and bathroom. It has a balcony. They have different exercise classes; they have coffee hours; and they have an indoor pool. They are located beside a pond as well. They have spacious grounds. The best thing about this is its proximity. It is close by to me so that we can visit. This is my mom's third month now. I would recommend this facility.”
