As MOR, we manage key financial components including opportunities for reduced deposit requirements.
Additionally, HSM simplifies tax-related obligations by handling full sales tax payments and ensuring compliance with local municipalities. Our transparency and ease of payment streamline the entire process for owners, allowing them to focus on more strategic, big-picture decisions.

HSM builds project specific payment schedules, manages deposits, payments and pays sales tax directly to the state, reducing financial risk/penalties and simplifying the process for owners.

Procurement fees are always separated from the cost of goods, giving owners a clear understanding of exactly what they’re paying for. We understand that when service and product costs are bundled, it can be harder to clearly assess the value you’re receiving.
In addition to financial transparency, we also offer extended product warranties on select brands through HSM, offering owners peace of mind. While industry-standard warranties are typically one-year, certain brands within our network, especially those offering prototypical FF&E, are covered for up to five years.
