A YEAR OF GROWTH & RESILIENCE

A YEAR OF GROWTH & RESILIENCE
Welcome to our Annual Report, a showcase of our achievements, progress, and commitment to improving the lives of Australian Youth
As I reflect on a year marked by both challenges and triumphs, I am reminded of our unwavering commitment to our mission: to help Australian organisations working with young people, to promote their mental health and wellbeing and help them navigate life’s challenges with a healthy vision for their future
This year, in our sixth year of operation, we proudly expanded our reach to support another organisation, The Growth Hunting Company, which works with schools to create social, emotional and positive wellbeing programs for their community.
Despite a challenging economic outlook for For-Purpose organizations, it is heartening to see our beneficiaries continuing to make a positive impact in our community
Australian youth face many hurdles, yet their resilience and potential inspire us to strive harder for meaningful change.
Our dedicated team has spent considerable time reviewing and refining our policies and procedures, ensuring we operate as a well-oiled machine. With just two team members, we have maintained low operating costs, maximizing the grant pool available for our beneficiaries
Together, we remain committed to supporting and uplifting the young people of Australia, fostering a brighter future for all

Thinking Positive: A Brighter Future for Australian Youth is a certified health promotion charity dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of young Australians. Our mission is to support activities that promote positive mental health.
We work alongside various organisations that offer programs to schools, individuals, and families across Australia These initiatives aim to build resilience and accountability among young people while fostering stronger connections between caregivers and youth
Many of these organisations are driven by passionate individuals, often operating with limited resources and a reliance on volunteers. With our Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, we can accept donations and provide grants to our partners, enabling them to focus on their strengths and broaden their impact.
Together, our partners are taking diverse approaches to tackle the mental health challenges facing young Australians
