All orders out of stock will automatically be backordered unless requested otherwise on PO. Backorders will ship as ready. Free Freight will apply to orders of $300 or more shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Orders below $300 are subject to an 18% freight charge.
If your store is located outside of the contiguous 48 states, we are happy to honor this free freight policy when shipping to your freight forwarder if they have a shipping address within the 48 contiguous states.

Returns/Damages
Customers must provide written claim of damages/defectives within 14 days of shipment receipt. When requesting a credit, photograph(s) of goods must accompany the request, including pictures of any damaged Master Cartons for freight claims. Once approved, a credit (less any discounts) for merchandise will be issued within 3 business days. Claims will not be accepted from delinquent accounts.

Shipping
All orders out of stock will automatically be backordered unless requested otherwise on PO. Backorders will ship as ready. Free Freight will apply to orders of $300 or more shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Orders below $300 are subject to an 18% freight charge.
If your store is located outside of the contiguous 48 states, we are happy to honor this free freight policy when shipping to your freight forwarder if they have a shipping address within the 48 contiguous states.

Minimum Toy Order
Our minimum toy order is one case pack. Minimum orders will be subject to an 18% freight charge.
Minimum Candy Order
Our minimum candy order is $300.
Returns/Damages
Customers must provide written claim of damages/defectives within 14 days of shipment receipt. When requesting a credit, photograph(s) of goods must accompany the request, including pictures of any damaged Master Cartons for freight claims. Once approved, a credit (less any discounts) for merchandise will be issued within 3 business days. Claims will not be accepted from delinquent accounts.

Authorized Thin Air Brands Resellers may NOT list Thin Air Brands products on third party seller websites such as, but not limited to, Amazon.com (or any of its affiliates), WalMart.com, or Target.com. Resellers must also strictly adhere to the Thin Air Brands Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP).
VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Prepay, Wire Transfer, ACH. Terms upon credit approval. Note: A $20.00 NSF Fee will be charged on returned checks.
