The Wooden Floor’s youngest dancers share their excitement about participating in our 30th Annual Concert: Sunrise.
“So far I really like learning new dance moves because they teach you how to cooperate with other people. This is my first Annual Concert and I’m excited to see what it is like to be in front of a lot of people and show them all the hard work we put into this.”

“My parents say The Wooden Floor’s Annual Concert is special because it allows me to express myself when I couldn’t before. Here you can be yourself. It is okay to mess up because you learn and grow from your mistakes.”
“My brother and sister were both in the Annual Concert, and I thought it was cool. It is fun, but a lot of hard work. I had to learn how to not talk during rehearsals.” -Mayte, Class of 2021
