Can you tell us about the early days of Tava Health and what inspired you to start the company? The idea for Tava Health came from my experiences as a mental health professional. I saw how difficult it was for individuals to access mental healthcare, whether due to stigma, cost, or lack of availability. At the same time, I saw the potential of technology to break down these barriers and make mental healthcare more accessible and convenient. In the early days, we focused on building a platform enabling individuals to connect with licensed therapists and counselors through mobile devices. We also worked to develop partnerships with organizations to provide mental healthcare services to their employees, recognizing the significant impact that mental health has on workplace productivity and employee well-being.

How has Tava Health grown and evolved since its founding in 2018? Since our founding, we have grown significantly in terms of both our team and our reach. We now have a group of over 70 individuals, including licensed therapists and counselors, and have expanded our services to support over 500 organizations and thousands of individuals across North America.
