The ‘face’ is open to women aged 18 and over who live on the peninsula and the winner will feature in all promotional activities undertaken in advance of the cup, so presentation, style, and confidence on stage and in front of a camera, both still and moving, is essential. If selected, Ms Isarin will receive VIP entry to key fashion and race day events and assist with hosting, trophy

presentations, conducting interviews with media and on-stage, as well as judging fashions on the field. In return, the winner will receive prizes valued at more than $5000, including cash, clothing and hair styling. Entries for the 2012 Face of Peninsula Cup can be made online at melbourneracingclub.net.au, with entrants required to submit a photo and a response to the question: What attributes do you believe would make you the perfect Face of Peninsula Cup After submissions close on Monday, August 27 finalists will be invited to attend interviews on Thursday, August 30, which will be part of the selection process. Also taken into account will be a public vote through the Mornington Racecourse Facebook page from August 28-September 7.
