Premium property management launches in Wānaka

Bringing their brand of exceptional accommodation management to Wānaka this summer is New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Luxury Rental Homes. They manage Queenstown’s largest portfolio of exclusive holiday properties, offering everything from private lodges, waterfront houses and chic apartments to their clientele.

Long term local and experienced luxury property manager Yohann Bourdin is heading up the Wānaka service. With some of Wānaka’s most remarkable properties already under his care, Yohann is excited to be bringing the world-renowned brand to Wānaka property owners.

What is your experience in property management?

I have been working within the premium property market and in business development since moving to New Zealand 10 years ago, so owners that list with us can feel confident that their properties are being expertly managed. The luxury tourism market is booming, so it’s an exciting time for sure.

What drew you to this brand?

What does it mean for your clients?

Our offering is full service and custom to each owner’s needs - we promote your property through targeted channels, and we manage bookings and reservations, client liaison (including security checks), in-person check-ins and all financial aspects. We can also be the property manager, coordinating all cleaning services, gardeners and tradespeople to make sure the owner’s asset is always looked after. And finally, we can be the concierge, creating unique experiences for our guests such as private chefs, transport, and activities.

What do you like about this role?

Not a single day is the same - every owner and every house is unique which is a great challenge. I enjoy the relationships I develop with guests and owners, which is key in this industry.
