NST Riders Face Huge Fare Increase THANK YOU VERY MULCH Pelham Scouts selling mulch to fundraise for camping trips While other kids are going door-to-door selling chocolate bars and magazines to reluctant parents, the Pelham Scouts have harnessed some of their famous ingenuity and devised a better plan. Building off the success of last year’s endeavor, this spring the Scouts are selling mulch to residents and businesses looking to spruce up their yards and streetscapes.

Niagara Specialized Transit (NST) - a company that provides inter-municipal transportation to the physically disabled and elderly who are unable to board conventional transit – is increasing their prices starting May 1. On Nov. 3, Niagara Region’s public works committee voted to award the NST operations contract to BTS Network Inc., located in Vaughan, for of $1.2 million. The service had previously been provided by Red Cross
