A night under the stars Now in its fourth year, Hunters Hill Street Feast is a highlight on the community calendar, bringing friends, neighbours and family together under a canopy of lights, trees and stars. With a strong focus on supporting local businesses, together with promoting Hunters Hill village as a destination for restaurants, cafes and shopping, Street Feast attracts thousands of people each year who come along to sample food and wine from the area’s best local providores. Enjoy dinner with a difference by booking seats at the ‘Centre Table’ – a beautifully set banquet table located in the middle of Gladesville Road. Those joining the centre table have a chance to win ‘lucky-bum’ and other prizes supplied by local businesses. With plenty of gourmet and street food options, participating local businesses include Via Napoli, Hadz +Co, Lapri Pizzeria, Hunters Hill Cafe, Chicho's Café and 21.10 Cafe. Belle Property is the major sponsor for the fourth year running. Principal Simon Harrison, and his wife Kate Harrison, love being part of this event, with the centre of festivities taking place just outside their offices at 52-56 Gladesville Road. “As local businesspeople, we want to jump in and support other local businesses. Our agents and staff are regular patrons for coffees and lunches in this area and we love its neighbourly feel. “Street Feast is a lot of fun and it really brings the community together,” says Simon. “Our whole team gets involved. All the village shops showcase their best food, coffee and beverages and it attracts people from both inside and outside Hunters Hill.” Hunters Hill Hotel is another proud major sponsor and once again, they will be providing bar facilities at Street Feast, with a great selection of wine, beer and spirits. This year's event is coordinated by Discover Hunters Hill, a local NGO dedicated to supporting the local community. Hunters Hill Street Feast commences from 5pm on Saturday, November 17th. Road blocks will be in place on Gladesville Road for the duration of the event.
