Hello Waco I have to say, I am just as surprised to be here as you are I’ve always been faithful to walk through any door that God opens and I never know what lies around the corner So, here we are at The Vibe Waco. If you were to tell me a year ago that a magazine was on the horizon, I probably would have laughed, but also, nothing surprises me anymore
I recognized at a young age that I have an entrepreneurial spirit and, at my core, I am a teacher and life learner The desire to pour into others has always been strong I started sharing my life online about thirteen years ago when I started blogging at Kreative in Kinder. At the time, I was a kindergarten teacher That website changed my life
I started Consulting Refined two years ago with the intention of supporting small businesses through business and mindset coaching, along with providing marketing services I started Kreative in Kinder as a small business. That business truly taught me that anything is possible. Because of that business, I became a best-selling author, national speaker, and so much more Our impact on the world is as great as we believe it can be I truly believe that My favorite saying is, you can’t take the elevator to the top, you have to take the stairs. You might not know what the stairs are, so my job as a coach is to figure that out and walk them with you
None of that would be possible without the strength of my own foundation Outside of my amazing extended family, my husband Nick and I have been married for 23 years We both have the same ambition and drive in life. We have four “kids” ages 28, 26, 24, and 6. We adopted our oldest three through foster care and our youngest, our only newborn adoption, through private adoption Our oldest is married, and we have a precious two-year-old granddaughter We were 23 when we became foster parents so no season of our life has ever been “normal.” Raising a sixyear-old while being grandparents really doesn’t bother us We live life on our own terms
Nick and I have navigated a lot of life in our 44 years, but we have no regrets God has written our story It’s full of seasons of joy and sorrow, all seasons of learning and perseverance We are truly blessed to be here. To share our lives with you. To pour into our community. To support small businesses And, personally, to embrace this journey with one of my favorite people in friendship and in business, Trilby So, don’t be a stranger I’m an open book I want you to succeed I want you to live a joy-filled life. I hope we can add to that through The Vibe Waco. We are so glad you are here!

I want to take this time to personally thank you for reading this magazine It truly means so much to me. Being able to offer a digital platform opportunity to our small, local businesses is something that I’m passionate about
Over 10 years ago, I started Twenty Toes Photography; I utilized Facebook and built my business by building online relationships My twinsies were little at the time, and every day during nap time, I got on social media platforms to build relationships to help grow my business I reconnected with old classmates and people who liked my content, and it worked. Not only did I gain business, I gained so many friends along the way I truly feel like I gained them by being my real, authentic self. By sharing my highs and lows of life and being vulnerable because to me, we all long to be around people who are vulnerable and relatable It makes us feel at home I wanted my followers to know me and feel more comfortable with me so when I captured their pictures, they didn’t feel uncomfortable or awkward. Their experience mattered to me.
Small business owners are the heartbeat of the community and they all start somewhere Often times, there is an inspiring story behind it. I’m hoping to pull those stories out and share some along the way It builds the relationships between the business and the consumers This can be done while keeping the privacy of life, which is what most of us still want.
Me, I’m just a country girl with a little bit of boujee I’m a mom of 13-year-old twin boys They are my miracles I never thought I’d be blessed with. I’m a wife to my husband of almost 25 years As I’ve aged, I’ve become more of an introvert/extrovert Yes, that’s made up, but basically, I want to be invited to alllll the things, but I’d rather stay home I love learning new things, sunsets, sweet tea, a good belly laugh, empowering women, volunteering, and spending time with my family My motto for life is God-Family-Business
Named after my twinsies, (my own set of TwentyToes) I opened up Twenty Toes Photography over a decade ago, a concierge portrait studio If it wasn’t for such an amazing team I wouldn’t be able to manage chasing this dream and but photography is a passion of mine Even joy. I’m thankful for to each person that ha me. I appreciate you.
Thank you for being here,
Trilby Trayler

When planning THE VIBE WACO digital networking platform, we listed all the things we could use that could help small businesses and consumers. Second on our list to the magazine was a podcast. We decided to take the leap and started the podcast first. The podcast will be over topics from our magazine. What I love about the podcast is that it isn’t scripted. It is our real thoughts, laughter and opinions.
The VIBE WACO podcast is a rogue media production, airing each Tuesday. We would love for you to listen each week as we dive into the community we love so much!

A boutique assisted living, and memory care community offering senior adults the highest level of care in Central Texas. Inspired to provide compassionate care to seniors in the community, Laura Painter set out on a mission to open a facility that would improve the quality of care as seniors age, ensuring they would receive the attention and respect they deserve. Creating an environment where families can confidently entrust the care of their loved ones to them. By managing their loved one’s care with dedication to allow family members to return to their role as daughters and sons, free to focus on creating cherished moments with their loved ones. Laura is passionate about transforming the reputation of assisted living facilitiesnot only by elevating the standard of care provided but also by fostering a positive and nurturing culture within. By creating a work environment for caregivers, ensuring they feel respected, valued and supported in their roles. A space where caregivers can thrive professionally and feel genuinely appreciated, it empowers them to pass that same respect and compassion on to the residents in the facility. She truly believes that when caregivers are cared for, they are better equipped to provide exceptional care and enhance the quality of care to the one being cared for.
Laura opened up Residency At Ridgewood last year. It has been so inspiring to see her achieve her goals and see the joy her facility is bringing to her residents. While she was in the building stages of opening her facility, her journey took longer than anticipated. It was moving to watch a community rally around her and support her and her mission to open such an amazing facility in the community. Residency At Ridgewood has quickly filled with only a few spots open. The facility features a large entertainment/dining room, a lounge room with a bar, a fancy hair salon, outdoor area, and more. They have regular hands-on activities, while I was there, they had the cutest valentines painting project! They also frequently have youth from the community come in to volunteer, from singing, to art, to playing dominoes!

Laura is a wife, a mom, a daughter and a friend-and at the heart of all these roles, she’s a caregiver. Whether she’s supporting her family, nurturing friendships, or advocating for others, her life is built on a foundation of compassion and care. She enjoys riding bikes with her husband, exploring the beauty around her and soaking up the freedom of the open road. She has a deep love for traveling and discovering new places, each destination offering its own unique charm and experiences that broaden her perspective and fill her soul with inspiration. She’s recently become fascinated with the incredible world of bees-their intricate hives, the fascinating process of making honey and their vital role in the ecosystem. The more she learns, the more she’s drawn to understanding and appreciating such remarkable creatures that God has created for us.
As a Registered Nurse by trade, she has the privilege of turning her passion for helping others into a profession. Beyond her clinical skills, she is an encourager, uplifting those around her to believe in their strength and potential.
She’s deeply committed to giving back to the community in meaningful ways. Caring for the aging population is not just something she does-it’s a way to honor the lives and legacies of those who have come before us.
Dedicating her time and resources to ensure they receive the compassion, respect and dignity they deserve.
Laura is known for pouring her energy into building others up, helping them recognize their own strength and potential. There’s nothing more fulfilling to her than watching someone realize what they are truly capable of achieving.
Empowering others and contributing to a stronger, more connected community is what drives her every day. It’s her purpose, her passion, and her way of leaving the world a little brighter.

It is hard not to be inspired by Laura’s energy, strength, love for God, life, learning, and community. She’s funny and her quick wit and never gives up without a fight attitude are inspiring. She believes what we feed our minds is what we become. We hope you’ve been inspired by her story!

Waco’s Iconic Suspension BRIDGE
When we were designing the logo for THE VIBE WACO, we wanted to include something that at first glance represented Waco. It was an easy decision to choose a suspension bridge to add to it as it’s a true icon to Waco.
The suspension bridge holds lots of memories for me throughout my life. My dad would often take my brother and I there as kids. We would race to the end to see who could get there faster. When my husband and I were dating, we enjoyed many walks on the bridge. Later as a family, we celebrated the 4th of July fireworks with friends. Even though I’m 3rd generation to Waco, I realized I didn’t know much about the iconic bridge, so I started to do a little research.

The Waco Suspension Bridge was completed in 1870. It was built to span the Brazos River in Waco, Texas, and was designed primarily for transportation purposes—to facilitate the movement of people, goods, and livestock across the river. It was an important crossing for cattle drives on the Chisholm Trail. The branding the Brazos cattle sculpture in front pay tribute to Waco's role on the Chisholm Trail and the cattle drives. The bridge was also an important part of Waco's growth, as the city was becoming a key trade and transportation hub in Central Texas.
When it was built, John A. Roebling, who is best known for the design of the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City, supplied the steel cables.
The Waco Suspension Bridge is 475 feet and is made with almost 3 million bricks. Today, the bridge is a historic landmark, but its primary function as a transportation route was eventually superseded by newer bridges.

THE FASHION CORNER With

Textured Threads: A Boutique Built on Passion, Purpose, and Personal Style
When you walk into Textured Threads, located in The Collective, you step into more than just a boutique; you enter a world where each item tells a story To owner Brooke Hanson, a mother of three boys and a self-professed lover of all things fashion, the boutique isn’t just a place to shop it’s a reflection of her journey, her passions, and the memories she holds dear.
Brooke’s love for fashion began long before she opened Textured Threads Growing up, she was inspired by her grandmother a timeless fashionista whose handmade creations and classy, curated style made an indelible mark on Brooke’s heart Even as a young girl, Brooke was fascinated by the art of dressing well. She loved going through hand-me-downs and wearing the clothes her grandma sewed for her. Little did she know, these formative years would eventually guide her to build a boutique that celebrates personal style, creativity, and a sense of timeless beauty The journey to Textured Threads wasn’t without its challenges
After Brooke’s oldest son moved to Los Angeles, her husband initially told her that visiting him would be too expensive. It inspired Brooke to fulfill a dream. She knew in her heart that there was a bigger purpose behind the trips to LA. What started as a simple visit to see her son transformed into a deep dive into the world of fashion markets, where Brooke sourced products for her new venture off of her own style It was a dream come true being able to both support her trips to see her son and start a business that aligned with her passion
The Birth of Textured Threads
Brooke named her boutique Textured Threads as a tribute to her personal blog, Textured Soul The name holds a deeper meaning for her—it’s a reflection of the layers that make us who we are Just like our souls, our style is multifaceted, shaped by stories, experiences, and memories. This philosophy is woven into the very fabric of Textured Threads, where every piece of clothing and accessory feels like a chapter in a larger story.
Brooke, a natural-born writer, often confesses that she didn’t know how to start a boutique or run a blog But her love for fashion and the written word drove her forward. She dove into both ventures headfirst, relying on her instincts and unshakeable passion Five years later, Textured Threads has grown into a loved local shop, with a loyal following of customers who appreciate Brooke’s eye for style and her authentic approach to fashion

A Boutique That Reflects Brooke’s Style
The boutique mirrors Brooke’s own style When it comes to purchasing items for the store, Brooke has always trusted her instincts She’s learned the hard way that when she buys based on what she thinks others will like, the pieces don’t always fly off the shelves Instead, she’s stuck to what catches her own eye and what she would wear, and that’s when Textured Threads thrives
Brooke’s approach to fashion is refreshingly simple: wear what feels good. “When you feel good, you ’ re nicer to be around, because you feel nice” she says Her fashion advice is to embrace your personal style and to wear pieces that make you feel confident, comfortable, and true to yourself
If you are unsure what would look best on y she recommends Jennifer Miller at House Colour as she is incredible at helping you iden the colors that suit your skin tone personality Brooke also recommends Shann who works there in the Collective
Brooke’s Retreat: The Dolly Parton Room
When her sons left the nest, Brooke found her with a bit more time on her hands. It was t that she created a personal retreat in her home space where she could recharge, write, reflect. Enter the Dolly Parton Room, a co whimsical haven that’s filled with a collection Dolly Parton art and memorabilia It’s Brook space to journal, escape, and tap into her creat flow The Dolly Parton Room is a testament to Brooke’s love for simplicity and elegance an homage to her ability to create beauty and comfort in all areas of her life, whether in her business, her personal style, or her home.

admiring her grandmother s creations and wearing hand-me-downs to building a successful boutique has been nothing short of inspiring
I asked her to tell us one random fact e replied “I’m an open book so this is rd”

What is the best way to match concealer to my skin color?

Chasing TheBlooms
When it comes to blooms and Spring as a photographer, I immediately think of bluebonnets. The question always comes up as to when they will bloom. I went back over years of photo galleries of family sessions I’d captured in bluebonnets here in central Texas. Blooming ranged from mid-March to mid-April. I found each year seems to be different with how thick they are, how early they bloom and how long they stay.
Central Texas is famous for its vibrant wildflower displays, but none is as iconic as the bluebonnet. With its striking indigo-blue petals and unique hooded shape, the bluebonnet has come to symbolize the Lone Star State.

DIRECT PRIMARY CARE
R e v o l u t i o n i z i n g H e a l t h c a r e
f o r a B e t t e r T o m o r r o w
Patient First Direct Primary Care (DPC) in Waco, Texas, is revolutionizing healthcare by prioritizing what matters most: the patients. Using a straightforward membership model, Patient First eliminates the complexities of traditional insurance, creating a more personal and accessible healthcare experience. Founded by Mark Roberts, PA-C, and Dr. Crawford Allison, the clinic was born out of a desire to overcome the common frustrations of rushed appointments and overwhelming paperwork. This innovative approach allows providers to focus entirely on delivering high-quality, personalized care while fostering meaningful relationships with their patients.
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Mark Roberts, PA-C, and co-founder of Patient First Direct Primary Care, to learn more about this groundbreaking healthcare model and the story behind the clinic. Mark shared that he and his wife, Julie, felt a deep calling to make a difference in their community by establishing a practice where people always come first.
Mark and Julie's roots in Waco run deep. The couple met over 30 years ago on a blind date while attending Baylor University, and their love for the community has only grown stronger since. With no plans to leave the area, they hold dear, they, along with Dr. Allison, opened Patient First to fulfill a shared vision of patientcentered care.
Visitors to the clinic are often first welcomed by Julie, whose attention to detail and love for people help keep the clinic running smoothly. Her warm presence and genuine care embody the heart of Patient First’s mission. Together, Mark, Julie, and Dr. Allison are redefining

healthcare in Waco, ensuring that patients are always the top priority.
“At Patient First, we focus on delivering comprehensive and personalized care to meet the diverse needs of our patients,” Mark explained. “We provide services ranging from family care, which includes routine check-ups and wellness plans for all ages, to injury care. We also support patients and hypertension through personalized treatm care for sudden illnesses and minor injuries, of timely attention.”

Mark emphasized that affordability and accessibility are key pillars of Patient First. “Our membership plans start at just $50 per month, making quality healthcare accessible to individuals and families. For businesses, we offer group plans that are discounted, allowing employers to provide exceptional healthcare to their employees while reducing overall healthcare costs,” he shared. Your monthly membership covers all virtual or in-office appointments with no copay. Most of what is done in the office is covered by your monthly fee.
By eliminating insurance middlemen, Patient First ensures that patients receive extended appointment times, direct communication with providers (because, yes, you get your doctor’s actual cell phone number), and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Mark concluded, “We created this model because we wanted to return to the heart of medicine—caring for patients without the constraints of a traditional system. Direct Primary Care allows us to do just that.” Before wrapping up, I asked what is one thing that Mark has done that is different than typical physicians and his answer was not what I expected. Mark shared that he sent an email to all of his patients inviting them to his house for a cooking demonstration by a local nutrition coach to help encourage healthy habits at no cost. Can you imagine being invited to your physician’s house for dinner? It was right then when the name Patient First made complete sense.

KATIE PATRICK BRINGS RHEA LANA’S TO WACO, BUILDING COMMUNITY AND OPPORTUNITY

A Personal Journey
In March 2024, Katie Patrick hosted the inaugural event for Rhea Lana's of Waco, introducing a lifechanging consignment experience to the local community. While the Rhea Lana's franchise dates back to 1997, Katie's journey to bring this unique business model to Waco is deeply personal and rooted in resilience, faith, and a passion for helping families.
Katie’s connection to Rhea Lana’s began in San Antonio. Pregnant and recently laid off, she found the business a lifeline, allowing her to purchase baby essentials at a fraction of retail prices. Later, she became a consignor and worker at a local franchise, discovering not just financial relief but a supportive community. “Rhea Lana’s saved me during a tough time,” Katie shares. “God called me to bring this gift to Waco.”
Supporting Local Families
Rhea Lana’s of Waco provides families with a way to sell gently used children’s items and earn extra income, while shoppers save 60%-90% off retail prices. Unsold items can be donated, benefiting foster families, military families, and local schools. “When you shop here, 97% of every dollar stays in Waco,” Katie emphasizes, underscoring the community impact.
Challenges and Triumphs
Katie’s journey hasn’t been without challenges. Finding suitable event venues remains a hurdle, and she encourages connections with commercial property owners. Personal setbacks, such as the 2024 tornado that damaged her home, have deepened her resolve. “The community’s support during that time strengthened my passion to make Rhea Lana’s a resource for local families,” she says.
A Welcoming Experience
Katie ensures each event is organized, welcoming, and stress-free. She prioritizes quality, offering clean, well-maintained items that meet families’ needs. “We want everyone to feel at home and leave completely satisfied,” she says.
Get Involved
As Katie gears up for Rhea Lana’s of Waco’s next event this April, she invites families to consign, shop, and join her growing community. Follow Rhea Lana’s of Waco on Facebook and Instagram or sign up for their mailing list to stay informed. Consignors can register on the website and join an exclusive Facebook group for updates.
Katie Patrick’s journey with Rhea Lana’s is one of resilience, passion, and a commitment to uplifting families. With every event, she continues to make a lasting difference in Waco, one family at a time.

TRAVEL
THE ROAD TO DISNEY
MAGIC STARTS IN WACO
Meet Jennifer Smith, Owner

For Jennifer Smith, creating magical vacations isn’t just a job it’s a passion that brings her immense joy. She loves helping busy families take a break from their hectic schedules to step into something extraordinary. Whether it’s a Disney theme park adventure, a serene stay at Aulani Resort in Hawaii, a Disney Cruise, or an immersive journey with Adventures by Disney, Jennifer works to make every trip stress-free and unforgettable. Her goal is simple: to help families create magical memories that will last a lifetime.
Jennifer’s love for Disney began with her first visit to Walt Disney World at 18. “I remember walking down Main Street, USA, and feeling this overwhelming rush of joy,” she recalls. “It was so beautiful and magical I couldn’t stop smiling.” Growing up in a family that didn’t travel much, Jennifer discovered her passion for exploration after meeting her husband at 17. Together, they shared their love for travel and Disney, a joy that has since extended to their two daughters. Jennifer now finds even greater magic in seeing the parks through their children’s eyes.

their dream vacations.
What makes Jennifer different from other Disney planners? Aside from the fact that she will sit on hold for as long as it takes to make the arrangements you request, her planning doesn’t stop once you are booked. Jennifer shared a story where one of her traveling families had called her while they were in a Disney World park and the stroller they had rented was broken and they didn’t know what to do as they were at the back of the park. Jennifer immediately called the park and had a new stroller delivered to their location and made what seemed like a stressful situation, a simple bump in the road and the grateful family went about their magical day, so thankful that she saved the day.
Jennifer believes in the saying, “When you love what you do, you never

Cooking with Passion:
Meet Chef Delsia Contreras of Curry’s
Waco is home to many incredible chefs, but few have a story as rich in tradition, passion, and dedication as Chef Delsia Contreras. Born and raised in Waco, she has spent years perfecting her craft, building her catering business, and sharing her love for food with the community. From creating elaborate custom cakes to catering for over 400 guests, her journey is a testament to the power of following your passion—one dish at a time.
A Love for Cooking, Rooted in Family

Cooking isn’t just a career for Chef Delsia it’s in her DNA. With a grandfather who was a WWII Army chef and a mother who taught home economics, she was surrounded by the sights, smells, and flavors of home-cooked meals from a young age. She recalled memories of watching her grandfather cook for anyone and everyone how he would just sit in the corner and watch them eat. It brought him happiness to see others enjoy his food. It wasn’t just cooking. He was cultivating an experience.
"Though I chose many other paths throughout my life, I ultimately came back to the kitchen because that’s where I felt the most joy," she shares.
Her journey became even more personal after having her oldest daughter. With a five-month-old baby in tow, she enrolled in TSTC’s culinary program in 2007, defying the odds and proving that passion and perseverance go hand in hand. She graduated in 2009 and immediately launched Curry’s, a catering business that has since expanded into private dinners, boxed lunches, custom cakes, and desserts.
Cooking as an Art and a Safe Space

For Chef Delsia, cooking isn’t just about food—it’s about creating an experience.
"I like to think of that movie Simply Irresistible with Sarah Michelle Gellar. In it, everyone who dined in her restaurant had an emotional reaction to what she created. That’s what I strive for—whether it’s a simple box of mac & cheese or an elaborate Beef Wellington, my cooking is very personal to me."
Though the culinary world is often portrayed as chaotic and high-pressure, for her, the process is calming and therapeutic. Her love for cooking extends to her home, where she enjoys spending time in the kitchen with her two daughters. While her oldest, Eliah, leans towards baking and coffee crafting as a skilled barista, her youngest, Elaina, has already developed impressive knife skills,

The Growth of Curry’s and a Vision for the Future
Over the years, Curry’s has evolved beyond catering. Now, with a fully mobile kitchen, Chef Delsia is bringing cooking classes to the community. These popup classes provide hands-on learning experiences in homes, at parties, or even as corporate team-building events.
"Of course, I want Curry’s to continue to grow, but not just in catering. I would love for Curry’s to be known for the education it provides as well," she says.
Her dream? To return to the classroom and teach the next generation. She believes kids have a natural curiosity and love for creativity when it comes to food, and she wants to be a part of that learning experience.
Where to Find Curry’s
While much of Curry’s success has come from word-of-mouth, you can now connect with Chef Delsia on Facebook, Instagram, or her website at currysgourmet.com to explore her services or book a class.

TECHNOLOGY CORNER
Raising the Digital Generation in 2025
In 2025, technology is more integrated into our daily lives than ever, especially for children. From educational apps to social media, screens are a constant presence. While tech offers many benefits, it’s essential for parents to understand how it impacts their kids’ developing brains and to find ways to foster a healthy balance. This article includes five of the most searched concerns when it comes to kids and technology, along with ways that we, as parents, can support our children.
Research shows that excessive screen time in early childhood can affect the development of critical brain areas responsible for language, attention, and social skills. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends limiting screen time for young children and ensuring older kids engage in diverse, real-world activities to support holistic development. Encouraging screen-free playtime, reading, and family interaction can go a long way in promoting healthy growth.
Frequent exposure to fast-paced, attention-grabbing media can also shorten attention spans, making it harder for children to focus on tasks. Introducing activities like puzzles, board games, or reading, which require sustained focus and patience, helps counteract this trend and fosters concentration skills.
Screens, particularly at night, can disrupt sleep patterns. Blue light emitted by devices interferes with the body’s production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep. Poor sleep can lead to cognitive and behavioral issues. Parents can help by setting a “digital sunset,” turning off screens an hour before bedtime, and keeping devices out of bedrooms.

HEALING FROM THE INSIDE OUT: A J O U R N E Y I N T O
H O L I S T I C H E A L T H with Birgitte Christensen

Birgitte, originally from Denmark, now resides in the United States with her husband Andy, celebrating 20 years of marriage this year. A devoted mother to two grown children and a grandmother to five, she brings a wealth of experience both personally and professionally to her practice.
With over two decades of expertise in holistic health, her certifications span Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Nutritional Coaching, and more, all obtained in Denmark. In 2024, she proudly published her first book, Healthy Made Simple, a testament to her commitment to wellness.
In a world filled with quick fixes and modern medicine, holistic wellness remains a beacon of hope for those seeking long-term health and balance. Birgitte Christensen, a seasoned holistic health practitioner, is passionate about guiding others on this journey through her business, Healthy Made Simple.

The Path to Holstic Healing
Birgitte's journey into holistic health was born from necessity. Having suffered from chronic fatigue, headaches, digestive issues, and unexplained dizziness, she found herself struggling with the very essence of well-being. Despite numerous medical tests, doctors could never

pinpoint a diagnosis. Eventually, she accepted these struggles as her "normal" but her mother did not. Determined to find answers, she took Birgitte to a holistic practitioner in their hometown, planting the first seeds of natural healing in her teenage years.
As a young adult, Birgitte took over her family’s jewelry store, believing it would be her lifelong career. However, the stress of running a business compounded her existing health challenges. One day, she collapsed in the store and was rushed to the hospital. Still, no medical answers emerged. Turning once again to alternative health, she sought help from a kinesiologist who discovered high levels of heavy metals in her body a challenging diagnosis for a jewelry store owner. This revelation set her on a transformative path, leading her to holistic medicine as both a patient and practitioner.
Serving The Waco Community
In 2024, Birgitte opened her first physical location in Waco to offer services to our community, continuing her mission to teach and support others in their journey to become healthier and happier. She firmly believes that our bodies are designed to heal themselves when given the right tools and environment. Through her practice, she helps clients tap into this natural ability, guiding them to make sustainable changes that support long-term well-being.
Birgitte emphasizes that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when given the right tools. Her services are designed to uncover root causes of imbalance, whether they stem from genetics, environmental factors, emotional stress, or physical strain. The AO Frequency Scan, in particular, provides a detailed look at one’s internal health, allowing her to tailor recommendations based on individual needs.

Healthy Made Simple offers an array of services desig and promote healing, including:

Craniosacral Therapy – A gentle, hands-on technique that relieves tension in the central nervous system.
Reflexology – A method that applies pressure to specific points on the feet, promoting circulation and self-healing.
Ionic Foot Detox – A cleansing method that removes toxins through the feet.
AO Frequency Scans – A tool used to detect imbalances in organs, hormones, stress levels, toxins, and more.
Nutritional & Holistic Health Coaching – Personalized guidance on improving diet and lifestyle choices.
The Importance of Holistic Health
“I wish everyone knew how much everything we do every single day either builds our body up or breaks it down,” Birgitte says. Her philosophy is simple: small, consistent changes lead to big results. Whether it’s eating clean food, drinking pure water, exercising, prioritizing sleep, or practicing gratitude, every choice matters.
One of the biggest differences she’s noticed between life in Denmark and the U.S. is the constant stimulation and processed food consumption. From background noise in restaurants to the excessive use of screens, stress levels are significantly higher. In Denmark, GMOs are banned, and food quality is prioritized, whereas in the U.S., finding truly clean food takes more effort. Despite these differences, Birgitte appreciates the freedom and opportunities that life in America has given her and her family.
Birgitte believes it’s time for people to reclaim their health. Too often, individuals seek medication as a first response to discomfort rather than addressing lifestyle factors.
While modern medicine has its place, she advocates for a proactive approach to wellness. Her goal is to provide clients with practical, cost-effective tools to maintain their health naturally.
“Eating healthy is not complicated, expensive, or boring,” she assures. Through her coaching and services, she empowers clients to take ownership of their well-being with sustainable, simple habits.
How to Work with Birgitte
For those ready to embrace a holistic approach to health, booking an appointment with Birgitte is easy through her website: Healthy Made Simple.
Get to Know Birgitte
Birgitte’s journey into wellness began long before she became a practitioner. As a child, she was a competitive ballroom dancer, regularly attending tournaments and developing grace and discipline from a young age. Her passion for movement later led her to gymnastics, where she honed her strength and flexibility. While she now advocates for daily exercise, she admits that incorporating fresh air and movement into her own routine is still a work in progress! However, her love for exploring the great outdoors remains strong. From camping in a pull-behind trailer to supporting her husband, Andy, in his ultra-cycling career including the grueling Race Across America in 2018 Birgitte has spent countless hours experiencing the beauty of nature and adventure. These journeys have shaped her holistic approach to wellness, reminding her of the balance between movement, mindfulness, and the joy of simply being present in the world.
Birgitte Christensen’s story is one of transformation, resilience, and dedication to helping others achieve vibrant health. Through Healthy Made Simple, she continues to inspire and educate, proving that holistic wellness isn’t just a profession it’s a

EDUCATION Knowing Your Rights As A Parent
As parents, we all want to see our children succeed, and sometimes that means stepping in as their advocate. Recently, I exercised my legal right to request that my child be tested for dyslexia, and that decision changed his educational trajectory. The testing confirmed what I had long suspected my child is dyslexic. Now, he is receiving the interventions he needs to thrive.
Let me be clear: this outcome wasn’t due to any failure on the part of his current teacher, his former teacher, or even the school district. As a former teacher myself, I understand the thorough process of interventions that educators are required to go through before requesting testing. Some children really do just need extra time to adjust or develop certain skills. Teachers are balancing so much, and they want what’s best for every child. However, I also know my own child.
Honestly, I was mad at myself for not requesting testing sooner. I had suspected my son was dyslexic since he was three years old. At that age, research and educators agree it’s too early to make that determination. But, as a mom who has already raised three dyslexic kids, my instincts told me otherwise. Now, I know I should have trusted my gut earlier. If something doesn’t feel right with your child, take action. Trust your instincts they matter.
My son’s struggles were heartbreaking. By the end of kindergarten, getting him to go to school was a daily challenge. He was frustrated by his own challenges. He’d say he was “stupid” or “just a bad kid,” which was devastating to hear.
His meltdowns and frustration made sense when the testing revealed not only dyslexia but also a higher-than-average IQ. He was smart enough to recognize his struggles but lacked the tools to overcome them. This led to distractions, deflection, and getting into trouble as he tried to cope.
Now that we know the root of the problem, we can move forward. My next step will be requesting G.T. (Gifted and Talented) testing. Being dyslexic doesn’t negate the possibility of being gifted another misconception about children’s abilities. Every child is unique, and it’s vital to understand their strengths as well as their challenges.
The most important thing you can do as a parent is to know your child well. Watch for signs of frustration and struggle, communicate openly with their teachers, and, if needed, advocate for them. Teachers are doing everything they can for your child, but they are spread thin. Be the voice your child needs.
Knowing your rights as a parent can make all the difference. In Texas, you have the legal right to request in writing that your child be evaluated for learning disabilities, including dyslexia. Once the request is submitted, the school must follow specific guidelines and timelines to conduct the evaluation. If testing reveals a need for intervention, your child may be eligible for accommodations such as a 504 Plan or an IEP. These tools ensure that your child has the support they need to succeed.
Advocating for your child is a team effort. Work with your child’s teachers, stay informed, and trust yourself. Your involvement could unlock their full potential—and change their life.

Making a Difference

The Advocacy Center Waco: A Beacon of Hope in the Heart of Texas
In the heart of Texas, where the warmth of Southern hospitality meets the spirit of community, there exists a sanctuary for those in need: The Advocacy Center Waco. Since 1976 the advocacy center has stood as a beacon of hope, offering unwavering support to individuals and families affected by abuse, neglect, and violence. Through compassion, empowerment, and a steadfast commitment to justice, The Advocacy Center is changing lives, one person at a time.
A Safe Haven for Healing
Founded with the mission to help survivors of sexual assault and child abuse, The Advocacy Center Waco provides a comprehensive range of services that are designed to support individuals through every step of their healing journey. From crisis intervention to long-term recovery, the center offers a safe, confidential environment where survivors can begin to rebuild their lives without fear of judgment or retribution.
For many, it is the first place they have ever felt heard. Here, survivors are not just numbers in a system; they are individuals with unique stories, and their healing is the priority From the moment a person walks through the doors of The Advocacy Center, they are greeted with empathy, dignity, and respect a reminder that they are not alone.

The Advocacy Center was established in 1976 as the Waco Rape Crisis Center (They will be celebrating their 50th anniversary next year!). It was born out of a grassroots effort to address a need in the city. Several women’s groups in Waco strongly encouraged the City of Waco to initiate a programmatic response to the need for rape awareness and prevention services. In March of 1982, services were expanded to Bosque, Hill, Falls, Freestone, and Limestone counties. Over the years the agency expanded to offer more services to even more people – adding our Children’s Advocacy Center, a 24-hour crisis hotline, and our Prevention and Education Department. This umbrella model was created to 1) respond to violence at every stage – immediately after it happens, during the healing process, and also working to prevent it from happening in the first place and 2) to create a safe and welcoming space where victims of child abuse and violence can receive all the services under one roof
How to become involved?
Their biggest need is for volunteer sexual assault advocates. Advocates respond to the 24hour crisis hotline and provide hospital accompaniment to survivors of sexual assault. Advocate volunteers must complete a 40 hour training provided by the Advocacy Center They are also always looking for volunteers for all of their fundraising events. There is plenty to be done before, during, and after each event.
Another volunteer opportunity is to “sub” at our front desk. These volunteers are trained to work the duties of our front desk, and are contacted to sub if a staff member is sick or otherwise out of the office.
Each February they host their largest fundraiser, the Mardi Gras Ball. In March, they will host their first ever Bosque County Designer Purse Bingo.

In April, they will have Pinwheels for Prevention. The pinwheel is the national symbol of Child Abuse Prevention Month. People can donate to receive a pinwheel to display in their yard to show their own commitment to preventing child abuse.
In May, they will host Spill the Tea, an event that was brand new last year. This luncheon is educational and a great opportunity to learn the details about the important work the Advocacy Center is doing
In the fall they will host Waco Designer Purse Bingo.
In 2024 the advocacy center served over 14,000 people. This was a 14% increase from 2023, so they are seeing an increase in the demand for their services.

One of the biggest challenges right now is me and my husband trying to build a house, we moved here 3 years ago from New Jersey, the price difference is significant to what we were use to so it’s a challenge to meet the requirements.
My mom and my husband have been there for me as we’ve made big life changes with job and moving they both have helped me to not be afraid.”
“When covid hit and the economy got rough, it changed alot of things for everyone. It was like a movie we watched and it came true. The cost of homes, food and overall cost of living went sky high. It was hard.
Life does hit you hard sometimes and sometimes everyone does struggle. Life is not easy not for anyone. Just got to keep moving forward to make it better.
I always tell my kids, always work hard for what you want, get an education, life is hard as it is even with an education now days. So I just want them to always make sure they have what they need and always work hard. Cause I know life will always get harder as years come.”

TheBookShelf With Author Lindsay Dain
From Educator to Author and Advocate
For Lindsay Dain, the journey to becoming an author and advocate for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community was anything but linear. What started as a passion for education led her to an unexpected calling bridging the gap between Deaf culture, audiology, and hearing families. Through her books, teaching, and online community, she is helping parents, educators, and children navigate the complexities of hearing loss while fostering a space where every voice—spoken or signed—is valued and heard.
A Love for Learning That Led to Deaf Education
Lindsay never set out to be a teacher. However, as her high school years came to a close, she had the opportunity to work as a student aide in a life skills class, and everything changed. The experience sparked a passion for education, and at the same time, a friend introduced her to American Sign Language (ASL). She took ASL as a fun elective, but it quickly became something much more—a deep appreciation for Deaf culture.

Determined to accelerate her education, Lindsay enrolled in a fast-track elementary education program at ASU, focusing on teaching English as a second language. ASL helped fulfill her language credits, aligning perfectly with her interests. But the biggest shift came later when her best friend Moey encouraged her to pursue a master’s degree.
At first, the plan was to attend school together in California. But after researching programs, Lindsay discovered a fully funded master’s program in Deaf education at Washington University’s School of Medicine in St. Louis. Unlike her previous experience, this program focused on oral deaf education, teaching deaf children to develop speech and language skills using hearing devices.
This was an entirely different world from what Lindsay had previously learned. The "Capital D Deaf" community views deafness as an identity, not something that needs to be "fixed." Meanwhile, the oral deaf education approach focuses on audiology, speech therapy, and technology like cochlear implants to integrate deaf individuals into the hearing world.
Curious, Lindsay visited the Program of Audiology and Communication Sciences (PACS) at Washington University, where she toured Central Institute for the Deaf (CID) a school for profoundly deaf children who, with the help of speechlanguage pathologists, audiologists, and specialized teachers, were developing exceptional spoken language skills. The experience changed her perspective, and she knew this was where she needed to be.

After being accepted, Lindsay fully immersed herself in both the Deaf world and the medical side of hearing loss, determined to help families understand all their options. As Lindsay learned more, she realized just how overwhelming the process can be for hearing parents of deaf children.
About 90% of deaf children are born to hearing parents, many of whom have little to no prior knowledge about hearing loss. She recognized the huge learning curve and the lack of simple, accessible resources to help parents navigate their child’s journey.
After earning her degree, Lindsay felt called to write a book that would break down the process in a way that children and families could easily understand. That’s how I’m Getting a Cochlear Implant! was born.
"Imagine being a parent who has just found out that your child is dealing with something you know nothing about. There’s nothing wrong with the difference, but there’s a big learning curve. Parenting is already a beautiful struggle learning about hearing loss on top of that can feel overwhelming." With self-publishing platforms making it easier than ever to bring books to life, Lindsay took the leap. Since then, she has self-published five children’s books, including personalized versions, Bible verse handwriting books, Christmas conversation starters, and activity books. She has even begun designing clip art and merchandise to support her work.
Building Community: His Little Hands of Mine
Writing books was just the beginning. As Lindsay looked around, she realized that many parents lacked access to support networks. While social media has connected people worldwide, there were very few online spaces for hearing parents to learn about Deaf culture, ASL, audiology, and hearing technology— all without judgment.
So, she created His Little Hands of Mine, a Facebook group dedicated to: Connecting hearing parents of deaf children
Providing resources on ASL, hearing loss, and communication options
Creating a safe space for discussion without judgment or taking “sides”
The reality is that many families don’t have access to specialized deaf education programs, pediatric audiologists, or local support groups. Some may only have one audiologist within and that person might have no children. Others may feel isolate community has a small or nonex population. Lindsay’s goal is sim connect those who need inform those who have it.

She believes that ignorance is just not knowing what you don’t know, and her mission is to create a space where people can learn, become informed, and build a bridge between different aspects of the deaf and the hard-of-hearing experience.
Facing Challenges and Pushing Forward
Of course, stepping into this space hasn’t been without its challenges. Lindsay admits that putting herself out there—whether as an author, educator, or group leader has been intimidating.
"People can be very passionate and vocal, especially behind a keyboard. I like when people like me. I’m a people pleaser. I take things personally. I worry, ‘Am I even educated enough to share this information?”
But with the help of her business coach, Lindsay has learned to focus on her mission and community, rather than fear of criticism. She reminds her that not everyone will agree with her, and that’s okay. What matters is that she continues to support the families who need it most.
"Not everyone is going to like my books, my art, or my group and that’s okay. This group isn’t for everyone. It’s for hearing parents of deaf children, people who love ASL, and those who want to be part of the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community in some capacity. It’s not for people who judge others for the decisions they make for their families."
Her motto? "Important and worthwhile things take work and are hard. But I can do hard things."
More Than an Author: A Passion for Creativity
Beyond her work as an educator, author, and advocate, Lindsay has a fun and vibrant side that not many know about. She is a Zumba instructor and once pursued country music, even winning contests and recording a demo CD! Her creativity and love for self-expression extend beyond books, influencing every aspect of her life.
Making an Impact, One Book and One Connection at a Time
Lindsay Dain’s journey—from an eager ASL student to a specialist in Deaf education, from a first-time author to a community leader is a testament to her passion, resilience, and faith. Through her books and online platforms, she is helping parents, educators, and children navigate the complex world of hearing loss while fostering a space where every voice spoken or signed is valued and heard.
Whether through her writing, teaching, or advocacy, one thing is clear: Lindsay Dain is making a difference one book, one conversation, and one connection at a time.

The Elephant in the Room Suicide
The truth is, talking about suicide is hard. It stirs up fear, confusion, and discomfort. But it is also necessary. It is necessary because too many people people we love, people we pass on the street, people we work with are struggling in ways we may never see. The weight of that suffering, the isolation that comes with it, often feels unbearable. And when there is no one to talk to, when the world feels too heavy, the darkness can seem like the only way out.
But the elephant in the room is not just an overwhelming sadness. It’s a call to action. It’s a reminder that we need to be present for one another, especially when we feel like saying nothing is easier than saying something. It’s a wake-up call to stop turning away from the uncomfortable conversations and to start listening. To start asking the hard questions “Are you okay?” “Is there anything I can do to help?” And, perhaps most importantly, “I’m here for you.”
The stigma surrounding suicide is rooted in silence, but that silence only perpetuates more pain. Every time we speak up, every time we create a safe space for people to share their struggles, we take away a little bit of that silence. And in doing so, we give hope a chance to bloom where there was once only despair.
It’s okay not to have all the answers, but it’s important to ask the questions. It’s okay to not know how to help, but it’s essential to try.
Because the people we love, the people we see every day, need to know that they are not alone that we are ready and willing to be there, to listen, to understand. Let’s break the silence. Let’s make space for the uncomfortable conversations. Because sometimes, simply saying, "I see you," is the lifeline someone needs to keep going.
We reached out to Wesley Walker, a licensed counselor for over 26 years, and asked him some hard questions about the elephant in the room.
Why do you think suicide rates are on the rise?
I think it’s a combination of factors, not the least of which is our dependence on social media, because we are a comparison society and everyone is comparing each other’s highlight reels, and no one thinks their life measures up. Probably a combination of that and economic and social factors. Life is much more stressful and lonelier than it used to be just in general.
What are the warning signs of someone contemplating suicide?
Isolation, depressive mood, changes in patterns or routines, possibly giving things away that you would figure they would need, saying things to people that are out of character
Are there specific therapies or treatments that are effective for individuals at risk of suicide?
Often, cognitive behavioral therapy is helpful because these

people are generally depressed and feel helpless and lonely, and often need someone to talk to, and away to feel worthwhile. Psychotherapy in general is very helpful.
What should I do if someone confides in me about having suicidal thoughts?
Explore if they have a plan, explore if they seem to be doing unusual things. Reach out to people within their support system. Offer to take them to the hospital or to help them find a therapist.
What resources are available for people struggling with suicidal thoughts?
Certainly psychotherapy is available and a good therapist is a wonderful resource, but there are also hotlines for people to be able to discuss their feelings immediately the new 988 number is very helpful.

Reflections of Waco
Where Faith, Family, and Memorable Moments Come Together
In a world that’s increasingly fast-paced and full of distractions, there’s something incredibly special about creating moments that can be cherished for a lifetime. Reflections of Waco, founded by an inspiring woman of faith, is doing just that—blessing families, churches, and communities with events that reflect not only their personal milestones but also a deeper mission of hope and love. The story behind Reflections of Waco is one that reflects both courage and divine purpose. It began with a need at Bridge Church, where the children’s department had outgrown its space, and a solution that came from the most unexpected place—a vacant building next door. What could have been just another business opportunity turned into an answered prayer. As the church faced the financial challenge of purchasing and remodeling this new space, one thing became clear: God had already equipped founder Katrinna with the talents she needed to make it happen.

For years, Katrinna had been using her gift for decorating and event planning to bless others whether it was creating beautiful birthday parties for children, baby showers, or weddings. Her love for crafting unforgettable moments didn’t come from a desire for recognition, but from a deep conviction that every event was an opportunity to reflect God’s love. “I didn’t do this for money,” she says. “I did this so people could have something meaningful to reflect back on in their lives.” It was in the midst of this pivotal moment praying for guidance and trusting in the Lord that the vision for Reflections of Waco was born. On July 12, 2022, Katrinna took a leap of faith and officially launched the business. By October of the same year, the building next door to Bridge Church had been purchased, and plans for a much-needed remodel were already in full swing. Today, the building stands as a testament not only to Katrinna’s vision but also to the continued mission of the church to serve the next generation. But the story doesn’t stop there.
Reflections of Waco is not just a business; it’s a ministry. Katrinna is passionate about spreading the message of hope, healing, and salvation in Jesus Christ first and foremost. She believes that every event she helps create should be a reflection of that higher purpose. Whether she’s planning a baby shower, a wedding, or a church event, her goal is always to create spaces that are infused with love, joy, and God’s presence. “I’m most passionate about creating unique and memorable events that bring people together,” she says. “But more than that, I want every event to reflect God’s goodness and the hope that He offers.”

As a wife, mother of five, and pastor’s wife of Bridge Church, Katrinna is no stranger to balancing family, ministry, and the demands of entrepreneurship. In addition to her work with Reflections of Waco, she enjoys hobbies such as hiking, crafting, traveling, and spending time with her family and church community. One of her most memorable accomplishments is having hiked to the top of Pikes Peak in Colorado a feat that required strength, endurance, and determination, much like the journey she’s taken in building her business. And then there’s her adventurous spirit. Katrinna has experienced some of life’s most challenging and breathtaking moments—like hiking through the canyons of Utah during a flash flood in the middle of the night. These experiences have shaped her into someone who isn’t afraid to take risks and trust God in the unknown. At the heart of Reflections of Waco is a belief that every event, big or small, should have meaning. Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, a birthday, or a community event, Katrinna and her team bring a level of care and creativity that ensures no detail is overlooked.
When you support her business, you’re not just supporting a local small business you’re investing in a mission that touches lives and impacts a community for the better. As Reflections of Waco continues to grow, so does its commitment to serving the next generation and spreading the message of Christ’s love. From humble beginnings to a thriving business that is changing lives, Katrinna’s story is a beautiful reminder that with faith, determination, and a heart to serve, anything is possible.
For those looking to create an unforgettable event, Reflections of Waco is the place where love, faith, and celebration come together reflecting the very essence of life’s most precious moments.

Why Estate Planning is Hard, but Necessary

When we think about the future, we often picture our dreams, our goals, and the life we want to build But there's another side to the future that many of us avoid:whathappenswhenwe’renolongerhere. It’suncomfortabletofacethe reality of our own mortality, and estate planning figuring out what will happen to our assets, our loved ones, and our memories when we’re gone canfeeloverwhelming.
For many, this is one of the hardest parts of adulthood. We like to think we have plenty of time. We tell ourselves that there’s always tomorrow to take care of the paperwork, to plan for what’s ahead. But life is unpredictable, and sometimes,"tomorrow"nevercomes.
We met with Carlie Gauze of Pakis Law firm to ask some questions we felt others would want to know and are sharing with you in hopes they answer questionsyoumayhave.
Whatisawill,andwhydoIneedone?
A will is a legal document that outlines how you want your property and assets to be distributed after your death. It can also specify who will take care of any minor children (through guardianship) and who will be in charge of handling your estate (through an executor). Having a will ensures that your wishes are followed and can help prevent legal disputes among family members.
HowdoIchooseanexecutor?
An executor is the person you appoint to carry out the instructions in your will You should choose someone trustworthy, responsible, and organized, as they will have the responsibility of managing your estate, paying off debts, and distributing assets. Many people choose a close family member, a friend, or, in somecases, aprofessionalexecutor(likealawyerortrustcompany)
WhathappensifIdiewithoutawill?
If you die without a will, you are said to have died "intestate." In this case, state laws will dictate how your property is divided and who will take care of any dependents. Typically, your estate will be divided among your closest relatives spouse, children, or parents depending on the laws in your state. While this system works for some, it may not reflect your wishes, which is why having a willissoimportant.
What’sthedifferencebetweenawillandatrust?
A will outlines how your assets should be distributed after your death, but it goes through probate (a court process) before it can be executed. A trust, on the other hand, allows you to transfer assets to a trustee during your lifetime, which can avoid probate and ensure a more private and efficient distribution of your estate. Trusts are often more complex but can be useful if you have significantassetsorwantmorecontroloverhowyourestateishandled.
HowoftenshouldIupdatemywill?
It’s a good idea to review your will at least every 3-5 years or after major life changes, such as marriage, divorce, the birth of a child, or the acquisition of significant assets. Even small changes in your life can impact the way you wantyourestatetobedistributed.
We hope that answered some of your estate questions you may have had. It’s a topic most of us don’t want to talk or think about Finding a lawyer that can help you is one of our biggest suggestions in making the hard decisions easier andunderstandable

Funfor Kids
Spring is almost here, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with a hands-on, colorful Flower Sensory Bin! Sensory bins are an amazing way for kids to explore textures, colors, and creativity while having loads of fun. Whether you love digging, scooping, or making up pretend stories, this activity is perfect for little hands and big imaginations.
WHY SENSORY PLAY IS IMPORTANT FOR KIDS
Sensory activities are more than just fun—they play a crucial role in a child’s development. Research has shown that sensory play helps build nerve connections in the brain, supports cognitive growth, and enhances fine motor skills.
SCIENCE-BACKED BENEFITS OF SENSORY PLAY
Brain Development: Studies show that sensory-rich experiences help form neural pathways in young children’s brains. This can lead to stronger memory, problem-solving skills, and language development.
Fine Motor Skills: Activities like scooping, pinching, and pouring help strengthen hand muscles, which are essential for writing and self-care tasks.
Language and Communication: Playing with different textures and materials encourages kids to describe what they feel and see, improving vocabulary and language skills.
Calming Effects: Research suggests that sensory play helps reduce anxiety and increase focus, making it a great tool for emotional regulation.
Encourages Curiosity and Exploration: Sensory activities activate multiple senses at once, helping kids learn about the world in a hands-on way.

By creating a Flower Sensory Bin, you’re not just providing a fun playtime activity you’re helping your child’s brain grow and develop in amazing ways!
WHAT IS A SENSORY BIN?
A sensory bin is a container filled with materials that engage a child’s senses. It’s all about touching, smelling, and exploring different objects in a fun, interactive way. The best part? You can switch up the materials to match the season, holiday, or your child’s interests!
For this Spring Flower Sensory Bin, we’ll use bright colors, different textures, and a mix of real and pretend flowers to create a magical springtime experience.
