A video from a witness to the incident shows at least three police officers on the roof of a house shooting down at the suspect as bystanders assembled in the area. At least 19 shots are fired in the clip. Opposition leader Philip “Brave” Davis, however, questioned the feasibility of such a plan yesterday, saying it will cause mischief rather than solve the problem. On Friday Dr Minnis said he will elaborate on his plans when he is expected to wrap up the budget debate on Thursday. He also addressed the expected arrival of vaccines into the country from the United States, saying the US government has given no indication yet when the vaccines will get here. SEE PAGE FOUR

A BAHAMIAN entrepreneur says fragile negotiations to resolve the dispute over his Paradise Island project have been undermined by the Government executing a Crown Land lease in Royal Caribbean’s favour. Toby Smith, principal of Paradise Island Lighthouse
A MAP showing the location of the leased land. & Beach Club Company, said it was “mind boggling” that the government would proceed to lease a sevenacre parcel to the cruise
