A SUPREME Court judge has refused to give an attorney “a second bite at the cherry” and appeal sanctions related to his management of a $30m estate on the basis he is “legally blind”. ONE DEAD, FIVE INJURED IN FRIDAY SHOOTINGS By EARYEL BOWLEG Tribune Staff Reporter ebowleg@tribunemedia.net A MAN was shot dead on Friday, not long after two other shooting incidents left five others, four of whom were women, injured. The murder happened on Lyon Road off Sutton Street. Police said after 9pm, officers responded to a shooting incident.

A SEARCH is ongoing for five Cubans who are presumed missing after 19 others were picked up, including a deceased male, during a joint law enforcement operation in the southern Bahamas last week.
