LEAD DISCUSSION TO IGNITE CREATIVITY

Set a Time Timer® visual timer for 15 minutes and have your students write down some ideas on a piece of paper. Prompt them by asking the following questions:

• What will your pizzeria be called?

• What kind of pizza will you make?

• What makes your pizza unique?

• How much will their pizza cost?

CREATE PIZZA AND BOX

Now that your students have their ideas, set a Time Timer® visual timer for 30 minutes and have your students start creating. You can prompt them through the following steps:

• Cut out a smaller circle of yellow construction paper with a wavy edge to be the cheese on the pizza.

• Use construction paper and a markers to create the pizza toppings

• Glue the pieces of your pizza together

• (Optional) Cut your pizza into slices.
