Building on the bold legacy of Henri Termeer, who pioneered groundbreaking treatments for rare diseases, The Termeer Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on connecting life science innovators and catalyzing the creation of new medicines.

The cornerstone of The Termeer Foundation is the Henri Termeer Network, an ever-expanding group of emerging and established healthcare leaders who pool their collective experience to advance cures. The network consists of highly experienced mentors, industry supporters, and Henri Termeer Fellows, who are typically company founders and first-time CEOs. The Termeer Foundation believes many healthcare challenges can be solved through the mentoring, support, communication and shared experience provided through the network.

The Termeer Foundation also seeks to integrate the network with individuals and organizations across the healthcare ecosystem, such as academic institutions, nonprofits and regulatory agencies, to provide expert counsel, stimulate innovation, eliminate barriers to progress, and ultimately advance cures.

Good Afternoon!

More than a year ago, we were scheduled to gather and celebrate the 2020 Termeer Fellows. While we did not have the opportunity to meet in person, I am encouraged to see we have found new ways to connect and continue our journey together. This virtual event is just one example!

During our time together today, we will learn how a local life science company developed a new vaccine treatment at lightning speed to protect global humanity from COVID-19. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Phil Sharp here to share his insights and lessons from the history of biotechnology and Stéphane Bancel to discuss the race to a cure with our moderator, Dr. John Maraganore. We will also hear from Catharine Smith, our new Executive Director. Her diverse and broad experience is already proving to be an invaluable asset to the Foundation. Welcome Catharine!

I am also excited to unveil our Foundation branding. The new logo depicts a torch representing the inspiration we draw from the spirit of my husband, Henri and the ripple of impact from each one of you. The tagline, Connections Empowering Cures, is the theme of this event. Together we can strengthen our connections, empower new leaders and work together towards new cures that will save the lives of patients around the globe.

On behalf of my daughter, Adriana and myself, we want to send our congratulations to the Termeer and Trans-Atlantic Fellows. I also want to thank each one of you for your role in bringing The Termeer Foundation to life. As we continue to extend the collaborative vision of Henri throughout the life science communities, please know you are a vital part of the journey. Hello!

I am delighted to be here with all of you. I was drawn to The Termeer Foundation because of Henri Termeer’s commitment to scientific discovery and bringing life-changing treatments to every patient around the globe. And I am impressed that this legacy is being realized through each one of you.

The Termeer Foundation is an incubator that connects and empowers a network of innovators from Cambridge to Europe and Israel. Our promise is to connect healthcare innovators until EVERY patient has a cure. We do this by connecting experienced leaders with new entrepreneurs focused on seeking new cures and supporting one another in the process.

Throughout this hour you will hear from each one of our Fellows. I find it especially gratifying to witness their commitment and entrepreneurial spirit to bring patients life-saving cures and treatments. The Termeer Fellows and Trans-Atlantic Award recipients represent the innovation, entrepreneurship and vision required to transform the life science industry. Now more than ever, it is critically important to support aspiring entrepreneurs and first-time CEOs who are imagining and building transformative companies that have the potential to unlock new treatments and cures for 2021 and beyond.

And having just received my vaccines, I am excited to learn more about incredible achievements by Moderna and all the scientists involved in the new technology to protect the global population from COVID-19. I am also thrilled to be hearing about the foundation of our industry that led to today’s rich and diverse life science community working on breakthrough technologies for the future.

As we face the unique challenges of COVID-19, we are reminded that the work of the Termeer Foundation is more relevant than ever. I hope you will support our vision of connecting healthcare innovators until every patient has a cure.

Keynote Speakers Stéphane Bancel Chief Executive Officer, Moderna Stéphane Bancel has served as Moderna’s Chief Executive Officer since October 2011 and as a member of Moderna’s board of directors since March 2011. Before joining the Company, Mr. Bancel served for five years as Chief Executive Officer of the French diagnostics company bioMérieux SA. From July 2000 to March 2006, he served in various roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including as Managing Director, Belgium and as Executive Director, Global Manufacturing Strategy and Supply Chain. Prior to Lilly, Mr. Bancel served as Asia-Pacific Sales and Marketing Director for bioMérieux.

Mr. Bancel currently serves on the board of directors of Qiagen N.V. and Indigo. He is currently a Venture Partner at Flagship Pioneering and a trustee of the Museum of Science in Boston. Mr. Bancel holds a Master of Engineering degree from École Centrale Paris (ECP), a Master of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Phillip A. Sharp, PhD Institute Professor, MIT Phillip A. Sharp is an Institute Professor (highest academic rank) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and member of the Department of Biology and the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research. He joined the Center for Cancer Research (now the Koch Institute) in 1974 and served as its director for six years, from 1985 to 1991, before taking over as head of the Department of Biology, a position he held for the next eight years. He was founding director of the McGovern Institute, a position he held from 2000 to 2004. His research interests have centered on the molecular biology of gene expression relevant to cancer and the mechanisms of RNA splicing. His landmark work in 1977 provided the first indications of “discontinuous genes” in mammalian cells. The discovery fundamentally changed scientists’ understanding of gene structure and earned Dr. Sharp the 1993 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. Dr. Sharp has authored over 430 papers. He is an elected member of the National Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Medicine, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the American Philosophical Society, and the Royal Society, UK. Among his many awards are the Gairdner Foundation International Award, the Lasker Basic Medical Research Award, and the National Medal of Science.

His long list of service includes the presidency of the AAAS (2013) and Chair of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the SU2C Project, AACR. A native of Kentucky, Dr. Sharp earned a B.A. degree from Union College, Barbourville, KY, and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Dr. Sharp is a co-founder of Biogen and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc.

John brings The Termeer Foundation extensive experience gained from building and managing the translation of RNAi from a Nobel Prize-winning discovery into an innovative, entirely new class of medicines, and in the process creating one of the biopharmaceutical industry’s largest and arguably most successful companies.

John has served as the CEO and a Director of Alnylam since 2002. Prior to Alnylam, John served as an officer and a member of the management team for Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and prior to that he held various positions at Biogen, where he invented and led the discovery and development of ANGIOMAX® (bivalirudin) for injection, formerly HIRULOG™ and currently marketed by The Medicines Company. Prior to Biogen, John was a scientist at ZymoGenetics, Inc., and the Upjohn Company. John also formerly served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO). John received his MS and PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology at the University of Chicago.

Henri A. Termeer Square

After Henri Termeer’s passing in 2017, a group of industry leaders launched a tribute campaign to fund the creation of “Henri A. Termeer Square,” an outdoor space designed to facilitate collaboration in the heart of the Cambridge biotech hub.

The inviting outdoor space is located in the heart of Cambridge’s Kendall Square Biotechnology area, and adjacent to the former Genzyme headquarters building where Henri worked on behalf of patients everywhere. The space is a beautiful blend of rolling grass, seating areas, memorable quotes from Henri, a “Giving Tree” reflecting pool and a remarkable statue of Henri which welcomes visitors to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The Termeer Foundation would like to express our sincere gratitude and thank the many friends, colleagues, companies and organizations who contributed to this effort and without whose support it would never have come to fruition.

2020 Fellows Hasan Celiker Founder and CEO, Xeno Biosciences Hasan Celiker is the founder and CEO of Xeno Biosciences, a biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutics for obesity and related metabolic diseases. He previously worked as a consultant at start-up companies in diverse technology areas such as synthetic biology, nanotechnology to agriculture. He earned his Ph.D. at MIT in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and completed doctorate work on the evolution of cooperation and interspecies interactions in microbial ecosystems.

Tim Knotnerus CEO, Agomab Therapeutics Tim Knotnerus is CEO of AgomAb Therapeutics, a privately held Belgian based biotech company developing hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) mimetic antibodies. While the company’s antibodies maintain the full therapeutic potential of HGF, they display the excellent druglike properties of antibodies, holding the promise for regeneration of tissues in a variety of clinical indications. In March 2019, the team closed a $23 million series A financing round from a syndicate of venture capital and strategic investors to fund the non-clinical development of the lead compound. Tim was a senior associate at Aescap Venture, a venture capital fund investing in European medical companies. Tim holds an executive MBA from IMD (Switzerland), where he was named Valedictorian, and gained a Science and Innovation Masters and a Drug Innovation Masters, both with honors from Utrecht University (NL).

Natalie Yivgi Ohana Founder and CEO, Minovia Therapeutics Natalie Yivgi Ohana is the scientific founder and CEO of Minovia Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative cell therapies for mitochondrial diseases. She received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from The Hebrew University and performed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Weizmann Institute of Science. She has over twenty years’ experience in mitochondrial research and currently leads the global organization in Israel, the U.S. and Switzerland. Natalie lives in the North of Israel; she is a wife and a mother to four girls.

Stan Wang M.d., Ph.d.

Founder and CEO, Thymmune Therapeutics Stan Wang is founder and CEO of Thymmune Therapeutics, an innovative cell therapy company working to address high unmet needs across immunology. Previously, Stan was Founding Chief Scientific Officer at Cellino Biotech, where he led R&D and application of its technology to rapidly engineer cells. Stan received his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge and his M.D. from Columbia University. He was a postdoctoral fellow in cell and gene therapy with George Church at Harvard Medical School.

Minmin (Mimi) Yen Founding CEO, PhagePro Inc. Minmin (Mimi) Yen is CEO of PhagePro, an early-stage biotechnology therapeutics company that develops bacteriophage-based products to help the world’s most vulnerable communities. Previously Mimi earned her Ph.D. in microbiology at Tufts University and completed research on cholera in the Camilli Lab. She also pursued a Master’s in Public Health at Boston University, specializing in Program Management and Global Health.

2021Transatlantic Fellows Eline van Beest CEO, Hybridize Therapeutics Eline van Beest is CEO of Hybridize Therapeutics, an early-stage Dutch biotechnology company focused on developing virus-specific RNA-based therapies. She has a technical background with a Masters degree in Industrial Design Engineering (Delft University of Technology, Cum Laude), and has further education in business innovation and coaching. She is the founder and CEO of NightBalance, a leading innovator of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) technology. While building the venture, Eline gained experience in medical product development, international clinical trials, getting reimbursement coding, filing and protecting Intellectual Property, commercializing a medical innovation, fundraising and building teams and medical advisory boards. NightBalance was acquired by Philips in May 2018.

Also, Eline holds a position as a member of the Supervisory Board of Livassured, a company that introduces a smart wearable that warns caretakers on epileptic seizures. Eline was nominated for several lists of female and/or tech entrepreneurs like amongst others the Rising Star at the World Women’s Forum and 35 Innovators Under 35 by MIT.

2021 Transatlantic Fellows

Justin Klee and Joshua Cohen Co-Founders and Co-CEOs, Amylyx Pharmaceuticals Justin Klee and Joshua Cohen co-founded Amylyx Pharmaceuticals in 2013.

Today, they serve as co-CEOs and have overseen the development of an investigational product for ALS and Alzheimer’s disease by working with top hospitals and investigators around the country, raising over $100,000,000 in funding and overseeing all preclinical, regulatory and clinical operations and strategy to bring AMX0035 through clinical trials.

Josh and Justin have built a team of industry leaders, rapidly growing the company to over 30 full time employees in recent years. In 2020, the company announced the detailed CENTAUR trial results that were published in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), which showed a significant slowing in ALS disease progression compared to placebo, providing hope for people with ALS. Justin previously did research at Brown University in neural systems and neurophysiology and Alzheimer’s disease at Harvard Medical School and received his Sc.B in Neuroscience from Brown University, while Josh’s research experience includes work both at Brown University and at the National Institute of Standards in Technology. Josh received his BSE in biomedical engineering from Brown University. In 2019, Josh and Justin won Xconomy’s Young Innovator Award and in 2020 were named to Business Insider’s 30 under 40 in health care list and PM360’s Elite in the Drug Researchers and Developers Category. Amylyx was also selected as one of Fierce Biotech’s 2020 Fierce 15 companies.

2021 Fellows Jenna Baker, PhD

Founder & CEO, Basin Genomics Jenna Baker, PhD, is the Founder & CEO of Basin Genomics, an early-stage diagnostic company using novel technology for the early detection of HPV oral cancer. Jenna earned a Master’s degree from the University of Colorado and a PhD from George Washington University. She was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the National Human Genome Research Institute at the National Institutes of Health.

Jenna brings more than 20 years of life science experience to Gypsy Basin Genomics in the academic, private, and government sectors.

Jacob (Jake) Becraft

Co-founder and CEO, Strand Therapeutics Jacob (Jake) Becraft is co-founder and CEO of Strand Therapeutics, an emerging biopharmaceutical company applying synthetic biology to RNA therapeutics and developing the first platform for the creation of programmable, long-acting mRNA drugs capable of delivering precise, multi-functional, potentially curative treatments with a single dose. Jake brings his entrepreneurial instincts and background as a synthetic biologist to the leadership position at Strand, where he also serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. As a graduate student at MIT’s Synthetic Biology Center, Jake and his colleagues created the world’s first synthetic biology programming language for mRNA. He has received numerous prestigious national and international awards for his scientific and entrepreneurial achievements, including the Barry Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence in Education Award, the Andrew Viterbi Fellowship of MIT, Amgen Fellowship, and the Bristol-Myers Squibb 2018 Golden Ticket for recognition of Strand as an innovative startup. Jake is an advocate among the life science entrepreneurial ecosystem for supporting young technical founders in biotech entrepreneurship. Jake received his Ph.D. in Biological Engineering and Synthetic Biology from MIT and his B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign, graduating Magna cum Laude with distinction.

Martin Bruncko

Co-founder and acting CEO, Camarque Bio Martin Bruncko is co-founder and acting CEO of Camarque Bio, a cancer immunotherapy company developing a targeted immunotherapy platform and companion diagnostics for hypoxic tumors using Carbonic Anhydrase IX (CA IX) as the therapeutic target and mechanism of action. Camarque is developing drug compounds directed at five disease indications that currently account for more than half of all cancer deaths. Martin is also the founder and managing partner of Steam Capital and a member of the investment committee of the European Innovation Council Fund, which is the largest deep tech investment fund in Europe.

Prior to founding Camarque and Steam Capital, Martin held several senior executive positions in the Government of Slovakia, including junior minister for innovations and deputy for European affairs of the minister of finance. In this role, he was responsible for national policy in the area of knowledge economy, e-government and EU/Eurozone economic and financial affairs. He was also a Board Member of the European Stability Mechanism (previously EFSF) and Senior Director and Head of Europe at the World Economic Forum. Martin holds a B.A. from Stanford University and a M.P.A. from Harvard Kennedy School. In 2012, he was honored as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.

Nick Davis

President and CEO, Theon Therapeutics Nick Davis is Founder, President and CEO, Theon Therapeutics, a patient-focused drug discovery company developing small molecule correctors of RNA pathobiology. Nick has a decade of hands-on experience building impactful technologies across biotechnology and healthcare and as a biotechnologist Nick brings a deep understanding of the components and drivers of success for innovations that improve access to quality healthcare, enable engineering of biology and impact clinical decision making. Prior to founding Theon, Nick was co-founder and Head of Business Development at Coagulo Medical Technologies, Inc. In this role Nick Spearheaded research alliances for point-of-care (PoC) coagulation testing pilot at Massachusetts General Hospital and also conducted market research and sourced real-world data from critical and emergency care settings across 10 major healthcare systems to evaluate and prioritize beachhead markets. Nick earned a Doctor of Science (Sc.D.), from MIT and a B.S with honors in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Stanford University.

Amy Ripka, PhD

CEO, Lucy Therapeutics Amy Ripka, PhD, is CEO of Lucy Therapeutics, a Boston-based, mitochondrial platform biotechnology company, revolutionizing treatments for rare and neurological diseases. Prior to founding LucyTx, Amy served on the executive leadership teams at SAI Life Sciences and WuXiAppTec and also held positions of scientific leadership at EnVivo Pharmaceuticals, Daiamed and Infinity Pharmaceuticals. Amy received her PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her post-doctoral studies in the laboratory of Nobel Laureate K. Barry Sharpless. Amy has over 35 issued patents and has been involved in Investigational New Drug Applications in numerous therapeutic areas. She has deep peer-based affiliations in the medicinal chemistry community and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the American Chemical Society’s MEDI division and was the elected Chair of the 2012 Medicinal Chemistry Gordon Research Conference. Amy is currently a Scientific Advisory Board member at Carraway Therapeutics and Q BioMed. In her spare time, Amy plays classical violin professionally.

Rachel Salzman, DVM

Founder, UltraSquared Bio Rachel Salzman, DVM, is the founder of UltraSquared Bio, a gene therapy company designed to develop medicines for ultra-rare patient populations where there is a significant, unmet medical need. In 2017 Rachel co-founded SwanBio Therapeutics, an AAV gene therapy company, and served as start-up CEO through 2019 followed by heading up Portfolio Development until 12/31/2020.

During her time at Swan she co-led $77MM in fund raising, established the company’s initial operational structure and oversaw its R&D footprint. Prior to her time at SwanBio Dr. Salzman was Chief Science Officer of The Stop ALD Foundation (SALD) since 2001. As CSO at SALD she made critical contributions in driving forward the world’s first ex vivo lentiviral gene therapy clinical trial conducted in non-HIV infected patients. This program enabled the subsequent successful establishment of a public gene therapy company. Dr. Salzman has been an active member of the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy (ASGCT) for 20 years and has served in a leadership capacity on the Board of Directors. She currently represents ASGCT on the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine’s Forum on Regenerative Medicine. Rachel earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Oklahoma State University and was in large animal practice until ALD manifested in her own family. This unplanned for (and unwelcomed) encounter is what catalyzed her career shift from horses to humans.

Belinda brings unparalleled passion to The Termeer Foundation, as well as significant experience serving on boards of directors for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, both within and beyond the life sciences industry. In 1998, together with her late husband, Henri Termeer, she started the Termeer family office and has since managed its assets. In 2011, she and Henri established the Henri and Belinda Termeer Center for Targeted Therapies at Massachusetts General Hospital with the goal of developing a best in class center for personalized medicine, building on Henri’s work as Genzyme's CEO focused on rare diseases.

Alan Walts The Termeer Foundation Roles: Treasurer, Secretary, Mentor, Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Directors External Roles: Venture Partner with Advent Life Sciences, Executive Chairman of PIC Therapeutics and Artax Biopharma, Board Member of Eloxx Pharmaceuticals and Neuroelectrics Corp, Board Observer at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals and Arrakis Therapeutics, Advisory Board Member of the ALS Investment Fund.

Alan brings more than three decades of experience in the business of biotechnology to The Termeer Foundation. He also worked alongside Henri Termeer for more than 20 years at Genzyme, and later served as Henri’s Business Advisor.

Alan first met Henri in 1983 at Genzyme and had the remarkable good fortune to learn from Henri for several decades thereafter. While demanding excellence, Henri provided regular advice, guidance, and mentoring as Alan moved through business development, business strategy, research and development, general management, and venture capital positions at Genzyme. Prior to leaving Genzyme in 2013, Alan managed Genzyme’s corporate venture fund, Genzyme Ventures (now Sanofi Ventures). After leaving

Genzyme, Alan served as Henri’s Business Advisor, working closely with him on founding and investing in early stage companies.

Alan received a Ph.D. in chemistry from MIT in 1985, carried out post-doctoral research in biochemistry at MIT with Professor Christopher Walsh, and completed the executive Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

Catharine Smith The Termeer Foundation Roles: Executive Director External Roles: Catharine most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Clinton Health Matters Initiative at the Clinton Foundation where she led a team focused on stigma reduction and overdose prevention related to the US opioid epidemic. Prior to that, Catharine was the executive director of the Harvard Center for Primary Care where she led business development, strategy, and operations for a think-tank focused on improving value-based, patient-centered care. She has served in program development and management roles across various health care sectors, directing national and global initiatives in hospital medicine quality improvement and primary care systems strengthening.

Catharine holds a master's degree in business administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a graduate degree in social science research from the University of Chicago.

Gail Maderis The Termeer Foundation Roles: Member of the Board of Directors External Roles: President and CEO of Antiva Biosciences, member of the Board of Directors at Valitor Inc., the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), and the California Life Sciences Institute Gail has over 20 years of leadership in biopharmaceutical companies, including at Genzyme, where she worked closely with Henri Termeer. In addition to her role as President and CEO of Antiva, she serves on the boards of Valitor, the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), and the California Life Sciences Institute, and she is a Trustee of the University of California Berkeley Foundation.

Previously, Gail led BayBio, the industry organization representing and supporting Northern California’s life science community. She also previously served as President and CEO of Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc., and held senior executive positions at Genzyme Corporation, including founder and president of Genzyme Molecular Oncology (GZMO). Gail also practiced management and strategy consulting with Bain & Co. She received a BS in business from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John Maraganore The Termeer Foundation Roles: Mentor and Member of the Board of Directors External Roles: CEO and Director at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Chair of the Board for Agios Pharmaceuticals, co-chair of the Termeer Tribute Committee, and member of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) Executive Committee.

John brings The Termeer Foundation extensive experience gained from building and managing the translation of RNAi from a Nobel Prize-winning discovery into an innovative, entirely new class of medicines, and in the process creating one of the biopharmaceutical industry’s largest and arguably most successful companies.

John has served as the CEO and a Director of Alnylam since 2002. Prior to Alnylam, John served as an officer and a member of the management team for Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and prior to that he held various positions at Biogen, where he invented and led the discovery and development of ANGIOMAX® (bivalirudin) for injection, formerly HIRULOG™ and currently marketed by The Medicines Company. Prior to Biogen, John was a scientist at ZymoGenetics, Inc., and the Upjohn Company. John also formerly served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO). John received his MS and PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology at the University of Chicago.

Joan Reede, M.D. The Termeer Foundation Roles: Member of the Board of Directors External Roles: Dean for Diversity and Community Partnership at Harvard Medical School, President of the Biomedical Science Careers Program.

Joan brings to The Termeer Foundation a lifelong passion for and experience with mentoring and supporting diversity in the biosciences. She is Harvard Medical School’s first Dean for Diversity and Community Partnership, responsible for the development and management of a comprehensive program that provides leadership, guidance, and support to promote the increased recruitment, retention, and advancement of underrepresented minority faculty. She also serves in a number of other positions, including Faculty Director of Community Outreach at HMS, Professor at HMS and at Harvard’s Chan School of Public Health, and Assistant in Health Policy at Massachusetts General Hospital.

While at HMS, Joan created more than 20 diversity and leadership-focused programs, including founding the HMS Minority Faculty Development Program and the Biomedical Careers Program.

Before joining Harvard, she served as the medical director of a Boston community health center and worked as a pediatrician in community and academic health centers, juvenile prisons, and public schools.

She has held a number of advisory roles including serving on the Health and Human Services Advisory Committee on Minority Health and the Secretary’s Advisory Committee to the Director of NIH. Joan graduated from Brown University and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She holds an MPH and an MS in Health Policy Management from Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, and an MBA from Boston University.

The roots of this network lie with Henri, who was actively mentoring nearly 50 CEOs at the time of his passing and coached hundreds more throughout the course of his career.

The Termeer Network consists of dedicated and highly experienced mentors as well as a large contingent of industry supporters, who provide expertise and connections. Every year, a new class of Henri Termeer Fellows, who are typically company founders and first-time CEOs, joins the Network.
