With experience on more than 15 mission trips to an orphanage in Mexico, Jenny has already proven herself as a servant-leader. This summer, she was also selected to learn how to maximize her leadership potential at Theta’s Emerging Leaders Institute. Find out more about ELI on page 16.
Alexis Hess, Senior, Beta Gamma/Colorado State Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Pre-Med)
As a charter member and current Chief Education Officer of Beta Gamma, Alexis understands first-hand the importance of the long-term support Educational Leadership Consultants provide to new and reestablished chapters. Two ELCs were based at Beta Gamma during its recent reestablishment to help position the chapter and its members for success, creating leadership opportunities and bringing sisterhood back to Colorado State for promising leading women like Alexis. Read about other ways ELCs help preserve the membership experience among Theta’s 250,000 members and how Theta Foundation’s Give to Lead, Give to Learn Campaign will benefit this vital program on pages 18–19.
